My Titan doesn't O/C much better... 2075 stable (+210) at 36C, and 500+ on the memory.You are unlikely to gain much in the max clock department due to the limited voltage tweakability and 120% power limit.
You will however gain clock stability. In other words, your max clocks will not drop as you warm up (unless you do something wrong)
With my Titan (which admittedly is a pretty poor overclocker) I went from 65C with 100% fans on the stock cooler, running at a stable 1986Mhz to 32C stable at 2063Mhz.
The latter is also much much quieter
I don't have to touch the voltage setting though - power limit to max is all it seems to need.
If I go beyond that I hit power limit and it'll start to throttle.
