Why you don't play bf3?

All the server are empty.

And I don't like bf3 because of its sound that I hate.

So I was wondering, why nobody play this game and why cod has so many players?

Beside the sound and some minor stuff, I think bf3 is very good game.
 
Opens BF3, checks servers, plenty are full, many populated.

Seems to be a personal problem with you.
 
What do you expect? These type of games fade rather quickly.

You can jump on COD or MW meanwhile. When those get old you can jump back on BF4. Then back to MW5 and COD 6, etc. Rinse and repeat.
 
the game bored me. Sure it's beautiful, but I'm tired of FPS's

Mw3 was one year old like bf3 and it had a lot of players. Like 15 000, not 1000 like bf3.

Anyway it could have fade. And the new expension don't get many players just like the mw3 dlc.

I was just wondering if the ppl was not playing the game because of the sound of other stuff like the flashlight.
 
Ever stop to think about the TIME you are looking for players?

Video game servers -- and just "video games" in general, are played right after school, or evenings after dinner and late into the night.

Expecting to jump on at 9am and find 9 trillion players online isn't realistic. It's rather sad you are comparing it to CoD and it's "50,000 online at any time" who cares? a huge majority of those are prepubescent tots who's are only capable of two words: "fag" and "sucks"

EA made the game less than it COULD have been, but overall I've gotten about 400 hours worth of awesome fun multiplayer action since it's release. It's not CoD -- which is exactly why I like it.

You are either a young kid or an old man - because the sound in this game is pretty much some of the best in a while that's ever hit the gaming world. You never mention if you are playing on PC, xbox, or PS3. Clean out your ears, or buy a decent set of headphones or a sound system and get back to us. Update your GPU and CPU while you are at it then get back to us again.

I hardly believe you don't see a difference in success and not quality if you compare the sound of bf3 with go or bo2.

You sound like a ea fanboy. I'm sorry but your sound suck. Again, I'm sorry.
 
Got sick quickly of imbalances, and then it became all about Premium, so I said fuck it.

games to easy.. max level, unlocked every item. there is no point in playing the game anymore.

what does being an EA fanboy have to do with anything? EA didn't make the game DICE did, EA just funded and published it. as far as the sounds go there isn't any game that comes close to competing with the sounds in BF3. but given that you are comparing this to the BO2 which is a complete fucking joke as far as sounds go i probably just wasted my time with this.
 
None of my friends picked it up, so I quit playing like 3 months after it came out.
 
Unlock style gameplay simply isn't my forte. I miss BF42 and even BFV in which you just choose a class and spawn.
 
I switched to PlanetSide 2.

BTV, voice chat was fixed and it is poerfect in PS2 now
 
1. Its an EA title ( Will never forgive them for shutting down Westwood)

I became bored playing Battlefield 3; single player and online. It'd be nice to join a team that actually uses organized tactics instead of following the normal run-and-gun that I've seen in many servers.
 
Played from launch all the way to the patch that imbalanced the hell out of the game. The one that made the already OP helis into god-like unstoppable death machines, and turned the tanks into paper mache.

By then I had already unlocked everything and was getting bored anyway. Habrnt picked it up since.

Uh... what? Are you saying that BF3 sounds bad, and COD sounds good? BF3 has some of the best sound i've ever heard in an FPS. It's bloody fantastic. I haven't played BO2, but I've played ever COD game prior, and they sound flat and boring.
 
There's 60,000 BF3 PC players on right now. Server browsers filter settings can filter out too much.
 
Because it's a terrible game thats why. Why would anyone in their right mind ever play bf3 over bc2?

I own both games and CoD isn't a military shooter. It is simply Quake rebranded with different textures. I like playing both games for different reasons. When I want to sit down and figure out how to take a point by forcing the other team back then I fire up BF3. When I want to see how many people I can kill while jumping out the window of a building then I fire up CoD.

Both games only share the FPS moniker. Then they take two completely different paths when it comes to game play.
 
I had a lot of fun with it for a few months, but being a relatively mindless game, it became boring after the initial wow factor wore off. Back to Counter Strike now :D

Among many other reasons...it's a tactical team-based shooter without squad or team VOIP. What a joke.

I don't play battle field 3 because it's battle field 3, that's why...really.

This. Played CS GO on the free weekend and the gameplay is very, very dated and doesn't hold up too well. It was okay, but subpar for 2012 IMO. But they did get the price ($15) right for what it is so you can't complain. I will probably pick it up if it goes on sale as I am sure I can get some more hours of fun out of it.
 
I've always hated CS, people think they're leet, when really its just noob shit
 
By this logic Justin Bieber and Kesha are great musicians since they sell millions of albums...
 
Because its boring. Its like cod with better graphics and vehicles, but with a worse net code. I say that because almost no one plays as a team.
