They're great. The one on the left is CF and the one on the right is LED. Get the LED version, the CF has this sort of yellowish vibe when you compare it to the richer blacks and contrasts you can achieve with the LED version.
Finally went through the hassle of cleaning up the wires under my desk. Doesn't look like much, but I velcored a switch to the underside of the desk and have some other wires taped to the desk as well. That and wall mounted the plasma... and that little ISK-300 on the right side is the HTPC which streams video from the server

On your first monitor - the one on the left - are you watching things from a TV tuner?
No, netflix. My rig has a 6970 so I can watch movies, compress video, and play Bad Company 2 on full graphics no sweat. When I get my third monitor I'm planning to go full eyefinity.
Blazestorm, those look like Galant top surfaces, but the underframe and legs do not. What's the story there?
Beautiful desk! I love the stainless steel.
Nothing much but works for me....
Was just screwing around with the camera today...

As my forum name implies - been there done that, I got my "Cav Sandwich" in 90-91, but man oh man, I DO NOT MISS THOSE DAYS. Best wishes, stay safe, you'll be home soon enough to begin building a more stable workstation. Nice camo theme you got going there though

I see a lot of people running Bookshelf speakers for their sound, especially in the Ikea Galant thread.
Anyone have any recommendations on where to start for a better audio setup like that? What I'd need to make it possible and some speaker recommendations?
what lian li case is that
woah woah woah. I'm not very happy with you right now, after seeing your setup, now i'm thinking of looking into those ergotron mounts. FUCK!
As do I - looks very clean, yet professional and sophisticated at the same time.
You make it sound like clean, professional, and sophisticated don't go together 99% of the time.
But it is indeed an awesome setup.
That's very nice shaw. I like the stainless steel. My desk is tempered glass because I hate using particle board and real wood. Damages too easily.
