Lost the top tray? The unified 2.5" and slim ODD mount?
Correct. Lemme give you the grand plan
Sugo 5 450 watt
I5 760
H50-Corsair fan pulling and Slim Scythe pushing
Giga H55/2x4gb
x2 2.5 HDD 90gb SSD and 250gb 5400K
6870
To be honest, you'll likely get better temps from one GT-AP15 pulling. That alone managed to keep an OC'd i7 930 (3.2GHz, lamesause OC ) down to sub 80C... (set as intake on P180mini)
Though with a HD6870, yeah, you won't be able to fit a H50 and the tray...
there is also the side mount idea, in the "black sg05" thread.
Do you have any issues running these components with the st45sf psu under full load? Like chirping or other noise? See "St45 sf total crap" thread in this forum.

Nice mount on the h70, i just did something similar, but worst. The ssd fits great there, but the 2tb hdd just gets into the gpu way... i wouldnt change the gpu for a hdd. About the psu cables: use the spaces inside the side top parts to hide them a bit..
Did you have any tourble with the front panel sound connector, for me its TOO short.
Anyone know if Asus's 6850 will fit in the SG05? It uses the longer 10.25 board but it has the 6 pin facing up.
I am going to see if the EVGA gtx 570 will fit. They have a model with the fan in the center and I guess its 9" or so in length.
Normal GTX570 will fit in SG05 and SG06, if you mod the front of the case (internal metal structure). It only needs about .2" more than the metal frame allows.
Now that pic of the HD6950 in the SG06... gives me hope for the HD6970
Though I'd end up having to do an ATX PSU mod
I recently upgraded my CPU fan from a stock intel to a Shuriken Rev B. , but it overlapped the PCI-e slot, so i had to bend the mounting brackets a little bits, for the cooler to move away from the GPU.
I made some pics to illustrate how close it is:

Sorry that the PSU and stuff is on the picture, after i took me more then 2 hours to reassemble the thing, i wasnt realy motivated to take it appart once again, just for some pictures.
specs are:
ECS H55H-I
i5 750 stock speed @ 28 idle, 55 stress
4GB ddr3
HD6870 http://foto.arkona.be/#0.4
stock 300W psu.
