they work hard stealing what you worked hard for. Especially the IRS
amazing for a soft-tubed loop

bizzmeister:Yes, I spent a long time working on this.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R:Not done much But it works
Radiators : XSPC AX480
Black Ice Nemesis 240 GTS
weebling1:Copper tube Chrome
Figured this thread needed another rig.
Here's my rig as of tonight. Just added the Mayhems pastel blue.

Almost finished with this build (5960X, X99-Deluxe). Waiting on new Nvidia cards (gonna get 3!).
Is that custom acrylic tubing? If so, where did you buy it from? Most of what I see on store fronts such as FrozenCPU only sell straight tubes.
You need something like this to bend the acrylic:
love that 550d! I did a build with CF-7950s out of that case, it was awesome.
I actually just picked up my X99-Deluxe/5820k combo from microcenter.
I was going to pick up the 16gb kit of Dominator Plat. but somebody picked up the last set when I was on my way there. Might return the LPX for the Dominators once theyre back in stock.
I'm refreshing this build - 3930k, 32GB 1866 Vengeance, X79 Sabertooth, and a 780ti. Sleeves were custom jobs, as were the coloring of the fan rings on the AF140's (There are 5 total). Eventually I'll add the matching ti for sli to power my 34UM95, but I'm actually satisfied with the performance of one card on the games Im playing through right now. I'm more than likely also going to pick up a Zeon proc once a little time passes by - I went 5820k because the MC deal of 299 for the proc plus 40 beans of the Deluxe was too good to pass up.
X60 will be replaced by a Corsair H105 to complete the all corsair build theme. If only the h105 had the RGB lighting
Neat little bending-block rig.
Thanks for the info. I'm really inspired and will definitely take on a similar build in the future Also, what case are you using in this build? Is that also custom?
I use Primochill tubing (PETG so it will not shatter - what the video for why we do not use acrylic) and fittings. The case is a prototype Primochill case that will be offered for sale starting in late September/early October in many colors.
When you are ready to start, hit me up for help. Also check out Mod Zoo's videos
Edit - Updated pic, replaced 290 CF with 980 SLI and got some white sleeved cables
i7 5930k + Noctua NH-U12S
Asus X99 Deluxe
32 GB RAM
GTX 980 SLI
Case fans: SP120 and Bitfenix 200mm
New case for the daily driver, Corsair Air 240:
will have more soon
How does the kraken go with the af140s? I always thought you needed the sp fans for rads. But if the af140s provided good enough cooling i'd love to get them for my kraken
This year has seen the smallest "Post pics of your rig thread"....
Are you all not so [H] anymore?
I posted mine
...but I agree, and I am teh sad.
seems like more people have continued to post in the 2013 thread. Maybe they should have locked it
To stay on topic, here's a pic of my HTPC. Just recently removed the HDD and shoved 2 SSDs behind the front cover. One of these days I'll take the time to shorten/sleeve the 24pin cable.
Specs: Intel I3-4130 CPU, 2x2GB DDR3 1800 RAM, 2x120GB Corsair Force3 SSDs, CX-500M PSU, EVGA SC GTX750Ti 2GB GPU
Wait, that's a $900 case!
Me sad too , I likes all the pic's, even if things haven't changed past some dust.
Got around to snapping a side shot.
In for updates. I'll post mine next time I pop my case open.
Here is my new case, just finished it this weekend
Holy crap man, clean the dust off your CPU cooler every once in a while
Cool little case though.
my new cooling mod... I turned my case on it's side... took my cpu load temps down about 15c! I guess the EVO 212+ doesn't like being on it's side... I have built and am leak testing a WC unit for the cpu though.. Air just isn't going to cut it at 4.6.. just a couple random shots I took tonight. (look like photobucket did something to these pics, they look all grainy compared to the originals)
I can see the little skull on my PCH cooler now.
just finished setting up the S-Frame (some fine tuning still required)
sorry for the cell pics, I'll have some better ones soon:
thats pretty sick man. I like good job
How do you like the monitor. I saw them at Best Buy and they look interesting.
Love it, media in particular looks amazing. Games are more immersive and you watch movies in native format
Desktop space is very generous.
As small downsides: it has a bit of IPS glow as all IPS panels have and I would've preferred a 21:10 format for productivity instead of 21:9
There is a curved version, I have to see it in person to decide if it's better.
PS. watch out for the low rez 2500 x 1080 version, IMO it's way too low rez.
This is my last upgrade, I replaced Alphacool (fault) with an SDC Megtron.
Setup is made directly with Aida64 on W7 ultimate 64
LOVE that case.
Then I went and did some research on it.
Too rich for my blood.
I like that display!
Is it windows compatible only, or does it come with software fro alternative OS:es?
Performed a few upgrades since I last posted. Switched motherboards, changed power supplies, added another SSD, upgraded the HDD, and started using 16GB of memory instead of 32GB.
Intel Core i7 5960X @ 4.0GHz
Asus Rampage V Extreme
16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200
Four NVidia GTX 980s in 4-Way SLI @ ~1400/7500
256GB Samsung 850 Pro (System)
Five 1TB Samsung 840 EVOs in 5TB RAID-0 (Games)
6TB Seagate 7200RPM HDD (Backup)
Pioneer BDR-206 BD-RW
Corsair Obsidian 750D case
Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate 360mm cooler
Corsair AX1500i power supply
Assorted Corsair SP and AF LED fans
Is there anything you can't do with that pc? Holy crap!
Why did you drop down to 16GB?
