Hey guys, I need some insight into how I can do my "new" watercooling layout.....

As you can see here it's pretty ghetto rigged, I've since fixed up a few things but that is still the basic layout. I'm looking at getting the aquastream/aquatube and the relating 5.25 bay mount for those. Then I'm going to try to add an evo 240 and maybe a twinplex for my 9800pro. I don't have enough room in my case to mount the rad on the top like a lot of you do...as with the mount for the tube and pump + my dvd drive will take up all 3 slots that I have...so I was thinking about trying to mount the rad on the side of my case beside the video card. I've got just less than 3 inches between the side of the case and the graphics card...would this be enough to mount the rad on the case side and still have room for tubing for the graphics card? Or should I try to mount the rad to the outside of the case? I'm open to any other ideas as well....I'm just trying to figure out how to make the bigger radiator fit in the case properly.

Thanks for any thoughts/ suggestions/ comments...I was going to make a new thread but figured you guys would know more what I'm talking about.

I finished Project Sick Rig 002 just in time for UPS to finally drop off my packages, late again but there is only so much yelling will help. Yep ill get the tubes done in record time this go around! If every one would place there 1/2" mod early so Dan can get every tube to me in 1 order it will make life a lot better.And for a limited time since Dan cant offer the discount i will be giving my own type or discount! I will machine and tap up to 4 holes for the normal $20 price.This offer is for customers that buy there tubes from now untill X mas.please state in the order to Dan if u want the 4 hole special or not, normal cut is 2 holes in the bottom none in the side,I also do custom work and will work with you to get just the look your wanting,I can do it all from custom 1 off pieces to plazma cutting,alum welding,tig,mig,arc welding,brazing,custom plexi cutting,steel cutting,ruff fit and prototype piece work.I will work up a full list of prices for shop and labor time but in a effort to better SNT i will be verry whorish on my prices! :p Looking to get a new copy of HL2 for my self as a early X mas present. :D If anyone has a question please feal free to pm me.

Some of these parts are going into my PC-75B which Dan at Snt-Systems worked on for me. Thanks again Dan.. :) Tomorrow i'm hopefully gonna take this case and get it completely anodized black. I hope to start a work log on this system soon.

Also was able to see the custom silver blocks and boy were they nice....they are even better looking in person. SelRahc your gonna love them, your one lucky man. I wish i had those in my rig... :p

One is yours and was shipped out today with the others. BitchBreaker should have them on Thursday or Friday.

Most of the backorders have been filled after 36 straight hours of being awake and at work. Some CS break time but not nearly what it could have been. I will be sending out the remaining orders that can be finished tomorrow after some much needed rest and perhaps some relaxation with Jager and Schnapps. I was not sent everything that was originally ordered but I will be hopefully getting these much needed items during the ordering that Im starting on right now with a delivery that is hopefully before Christmas. Orders that contained the 1/2" Aquatube mods will be shipped next week when the reservoirs return to me from my machinist.

At the present time I still have a small inventory of items after completing the backorders and surviving the delivery day onslaught of new orders. For any interest in AC items please just ask, that would be best as I have not updated the catalog's quantities yet.

Thanks! If the orders for my mods keep up i can smell a price drop comming for my mods :).Also i can get billet 6061,and many other grade Alum stock, Billet Copper #1 grade and normal #2 grade,Titanium billet is at my fingertip's also.
Sood Dan ill have HL2 and my cable net back so we can go pwn [H]ard in the server!

you dont happen to have the documentation for the Nexxxos coolers (basicly how to attach it to the motherboard), mine came with no documentation (LGA 775 model).
since I live in germany I can use both german and english info :)

You want to first pass the 4 bolts along with a plastic washer on each through the holes in your motherboard around the CPU socket from the rear, this places the heads of the bolts behind the board. Now place the remaining 4 plastic washers on each of the bolts on the front side of the motherboard, then screw in the 4 metal nuts to snug the bolts into place. Make sure the bolts are properly placed so the mounting holes on the NexXxos will pass through without trouble. Place the 4 springs on each of the bolts and screw down the remaining knurled nuts to tighten the CPU block intto place. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!
