@ProficienT were you using the 27" iMac as a display? How good was it?
Seems like a great PC/Mac combo to have.
 
thats my friends setup, and yeah its prettty amazing switching between OSx and his PC. Works flawlessly.

My setup is just the Cinema Display, love this screen.
 
Still have a bit of cable management, but got my quad SLI 27" 3D surround setup going recently and thought id share. Was hard to give up my dell 3008w + 2007's, but now that i did, im thrilled. Been following this forum forever, good times. Let me know what ya'all think and if ya have suggestions or questions.

Pardon my mess, but here's my baby. I've got some new glass wall mounts for the Xbox, PS3, DirectTV Receiver and Amp so they are going up on the wall whenever I can find some time. And that crummy old table will be replaced by more glass eventually... but I'm proud of my rig and I just had to post some premature pictures. :)

when you said 4 cards, are they all PCI x16? If so, what motherboard and power supply can handle this?
 
I know he said nvidia, but amd could do with only a few cards. It looks like he's sending to 8 monitors. The other two are an ipad and a notebook.

Two of certain amd cards like the 6990 could do 10 displays technically. 4x minidp + one dvi out each.

The eyefinity6 cards each have 6 mini-dp outs. Two of those could send to 12 monitors.
Or one eyefinity 6 + one of your old dual or triple output gaming cards for 8 or 9 outputs.
Or use one eyefinity 6 + any dual output cheap video card for 8 outputs.

.. A 6990 + a 6970 in trifire could output 5 (4mini dp + 1 dvi), and four (2 mini dp + 2 dvi) respectively, for 9 outputs.

i assume quite allot of people subscribe to that website with pretty good triple wallpapers but it costs. I recognize zorachus's from it, does anyone want to share them all ? XD

$1108 is pretty good for brand new. I managed to snag mine off Ebay for $840 shipped. It's "new open box" and pretty much looks brand new.
