I honestly didn't like all those "post a pic!" posts, if Jess wanted to she would have, since it makes all us guys look bad (tongue hanging out instead of watching the great work she did) and it's alittle inappropriate (atleast to me)..

But since the cats out of the bag... :eek: Jess your pretty cute....and your mod is great. :D Such a cute bear, I have alittle kawaii penguin on my desk. :)
 
when do these people get on the mod cams cause every time i look at them they are just blue... is there something wronge that i havent like d\led yet, or are they just never doing stuff when im looking?

Thanks :) as you can see its still under construction I need to do some coding and stuff but yep I do lots of work in Photoshop. I did that before getting into modding

Photoshop is awesome. I do web developement and layouts for a partial living until I get a better "job." So feel free to PM if you need any help on coding that sucker up.


EDIT: Sorry, rude of me to not mention, the mod is turning out quite well, I am thoroughly impressed. Takes a lot of patience and time it does. :)

Still under shock from such a nice mod ... but I won't be beaten that easily ( time to get busy on my Bleeding Edge mod :D )

UPDATE 10/20

I kinda skipped out updating after using www.modcam.net lol

I've sleeved the power supply black and added red connectors. Got in my new motherboard on Monday from Newegg.com they've got great shipping. And ordered the new Zalman Copper heatsink from performance-pcs.com. Next I'll need to get ram, hard drive, and cpu :) Project Vash is almost done everyone!!

nice heat sink, its what i got :D . How did you remove the mobo psu cord molex connector. (i feel stupid for not knowing what it is called but its the huge one) I couldnt figure out how to get it off :confused: Looking good though jess. It is kinda sad though because i know that the log will soon end :(

How did I remove the molex connectors? I got the molex removing tool from Radio Shack last year and I switched the white ones with red ones from Xoxide. :) Yep I've heard that Zalman one is good, and it's perfect for me since I want something quiet.

Since my budget is very tight I opted for the ATI Radeon 7000 4x AGP with video out since that is all I need.

UPDATE Oct. 22nd!!


It's that time again! Time for an update that is.

Some of you have missed out a bit, perhaps wondering why my updates went from once or twice every week to nothing at all for a week or two. Well, now you can see what I was doing!

I purchased another power supply since a little accident with the Antec, trying to remove the SATA connector. I've fixed that by crimping on molex connectors. Thanks Jonny_English AND our very own Mashie for helping me with a How-To on crimping! So with that over and done with I've decided to keep it for a future mod project

I've finished sleeving all the molex, floppy, SATA, and AUX cables. Left over are the P4 and 20PinATX connectors. Reason being is that I will be cutting/shortening them and then re-crimping them so that they are custom fitted just for the Abit Nf7-S.

My new Zalman Copper cooler!!!! Omg this thing is huge! Whoa it's crazy how big heatsinks have gotten since the first Pentium. Beside it is the ArcticCooler for comparison. Performance PC's was awesome I recieved the package in only 2 days after ordering. Also as you can tell they sleeved the Zalman cooler at no extra cost! How cool is that?
