Hey man, I'm in Guaynabo. I've spotted one or two other members from PR (that actually live here) but they were all from places further inland or down south. I hear ya on the shipping charges, I tend to put off upgrades a lot until I'm ready to buy a couple things together and then I usually end up at Newegg, shipping charges for 1-2 items tend to be atrocious ($20+) but paying like $30-40 on a $500+ order worth of upgrade parts is a little more bearable.
That being said, when I just want something fairly common or parts for a customer I head to CompUSA (i do some computer service & repair work on the side, still in college). Ever since they reopened (here & in FL, TX, & NY I think) they've been morphing the store in the mold of a Fry's or Microcenter more so than something like Best Buy. Dunno if you've ever been to one of those... Basically they just have way better prices even if some stuff is still over priced (video cards come to mind, low demand for high end GPUs I guess).
