Hes got one, its clearly visible in the picture. Its not like you can just hook speakers up to the back of your TV.
REALLY!?!?! oh man ive had my monitor audio RS6s hooked up to my TV this whole time!!! same with my hsu subwoofer... amazing.
im talking about a dedicated amp.. not a receiver. i cant remember if the RF klipsch series is good sensitivity or not, i doubt the RF-82's dont like a solid 100w going their way though, which the yamaha cant do without quite a bit of distortion im sure (receivers are what they are.. i have an onkyo right now and as soon as i get enough money im buying a new receiver and a nice power amp)
Don't get all butt hurt just because your post wasn't clear. Guess what receivers have in them? AMPS!
And I assumed you were talking about a receiver because:
A) many people just call them amps (not saying its right, but its the truth)
B) 500 dollars worth of speakers doesn't scream out "You need high priced separates!" to me, ESPECIALLY when it doesn't even look like he has a sub yet and the TV that's between them isn't exactly the greatest.
Basically I had the choice between assuming you were just making a crappy recommendation or assuming you didn't see the receiver sitting there. I guessed wrong, sorry.
that yamaha should have enough juice to push those klipsch's, they're relatively sensitive.

what fronts are those? they dont look B&W but with all that equipment it wouldn't make sense to have unmatched fronts.
Seems that the center speaker is a BW 300 or 600 series, not sure. The mains are, I dont know.
My guess was Monitor Audio speakers...
WOW!
Ever thought of consolidating all this into an HTPC with all DVDs on hard drive?
Can you post a description of each of the items in this pic?

It pains me ever time I see the cone pushed in on the right woofer of the large speakers, if anyone has suggestions to fix it, I'd love to hear them.
