Nothing too fancy. I like to keep it pretty simple.
The clock is built into tmux (also used to split up the windows like that)
'ctrl+b t' will show the clock
'ctrl+b "' will split the window one way
'ctrl+b %' will split the window the other day
The chat client is finch, it comes with pidgin in most cases.
What skin are you using?
Who? Me? It's Windows 7 with some Sidebar gadgets and RocketDock on the bottom.

It's just Rainmeter with WP7 skin.
