if your wondering what the thing on the far right is, its Rain Meter with Omnio skin. as for the start bar, he has custom icons, and just set it up so the icons were in the center.

Click on M series, then "1"

Under Media gallery they have a few different ones in various resolutions :)

You can also google image search for bmw 1 m and it is one of the first ones that will come up.

Actually, it's a WP7 skin on the left.
 
Proxy, I like your system monitoring sidebar on the host machine. Also, where did you get the wallpaper?

Here is my good old XP desktop at work, I dont like desktop icons obviously! aaand I do like formula 1, haha.
