thanks for the notice! i just placed an order for some clear molding and a few other goodies. thanks again

Performance PCs eh? Niceness, I just placed an order with you lot.

I ordered a Lian Li V2000B++ with instructions to install case handles, plus 2+ Coolermaster 80mm fans and 2 SATA2 cables. You ship to Canada...God bless lol.

One question: I placed my order on July 25th...the mod I orderded was the handles, how long do those take to install? Any idea when I'll receive a tracking number from UPS?

do these cases come with all there stock parts as well?

my friend (under my recommendation :D ) ordered a v2kb plus II with handles (he wanted the handles :p ) from you guys and i was wondering if it came with the Lian li plates they usually come with? (im building everything :p )

What a coincidence, your friend...IS ME :D ye, its true...I wanted a V2000, but due to its size, I wasn't sure if it'd be very easy to carry around like any other case in my arms, so I decided to get handles installed.

I was a little back-logged with a Stacker 830. Your's left today.

Levellord did you guys setup Pas's system..I looked at his pics..I love it..
Does he have the First v1200 or the Plus model?
Also if I buy my case from another vendor can I ship it to you and let you guys do the mods for me???

Thanks for your time...great work..really
Dark

hank's crew cut the blowhole and sleeved the case's interior cables and the psu cables for me. the case is not a Plus 2. altho, they didn't actually do the modding for me, i have purchased virtually everything related to modding from Performance PCs. i forgot to order handles today. grrrrr. oh well, they'll be on the next order unless i forget again. btw, i really appreciated your kind words. :D

Ok..so Pas your case is the first ver of the v1200...right
Sorry if I repeating my question..I just like to be sure..And you bought it from them??

And thanks for the reply Pas ..

Shipping would be expensive, but I can handle about anything. Just set everything up with Hank, for RMA number and such, and we can get this rolling.

Shipping would not be to bad..I work for FEDEX :D :D :D

Well, we can accept your shipment from FedEx, but we do not use FedEx as a shipping method. Maybe you could simply set everything up, but that's simply up to you.

Of course..thats just what i was thinking..i have to order my case ..then I'll be intouch..
thanks for answering my question..UDa Man

darkside, my case is the first version of the v1200b. i did indeed purchase the case from Performance PCs. it was the first item i bought from Hank's bunch. i wish i would've had levellord do all the drilling for me. i'm sure it would have saved me some cash. i know it would have saved me a headache or two.

I Love this PLace :D

Yes you will! You need to met me install that new Black Channel molding as well. It's like the Lian Li stuff but black. Put it on the chamber divider in the middle of the case. Looks very nice there. Maybe line some of the other areas in it too.

What are these items..do you have pic?? Love to see them

This Stuff!

I bought 6 feet of the stuff. i currently have some on the edge of the "shelf" and i'm sure i'll find other uses for it along the way. it's plastic, not rubber, but is still pretty pliable and easy to use.

Good stuff, isn't it?

yeah, the new black molding looks great in use. i just saw the Goliath case on PPCs. you did a heck of a job there, levellord. i wish my 120 fan for the blowhole was mounted the same way you used in the Goliath case. the blowhole in the Goliath looks much cleaner than what i have. are the four holes for the fan screws countersunk? even if they are, i think the holes in my case are too large to switch to that type of mounting :( what did you use to cover the silver edge of the blowhole? it's obvious you're not using any type of molding. was a sharpie good enough to cover the silver edge? i may try whatever you used. also, i'm debating getting one of those Plus II sidepanel fans. if i sent the side panel of my v1200b to you, could you cut an opening and mount some black mesh? i'm sure that mesh grill for the 250 mm fan in the goliath is a custom job. if you can mount some mesh in mine as well as that, i may just have to send my side panel to you.

I'm really happy you guys enjoy Goliath. Although I had no say in what the case was called, that was actually an early picture of my wife's case. I already had handles, casters and the like on it, and we wanted a case to mount the 25cm fan to. So I used her's. I do like the way "Goliath" turned out. Yes, the holes are counter-sunk a little, but more importantly, I'm using normal black fan screws. They have the beveled head just like the silver ones do. I can't divulge all my secrets, but what I can tell you is this: No, I am not using any type of molding and a sharpie isn't dark enough to match the anodized finish. Sharpies have kind of a reddish/brownish tint to them under certain light. I can most likely make your Plus 1 panel look nearly identical to the Plus 2 panel. Just send in the email and Hank can take care of the rest. Just tell him I said we could do it. As long as your panel isn't scratched or anything. I hate taking in panels that are damaged. I keep thinking that I messed it up or something.

i emailed hank regarding that. i'm leaning heavily towards having you mod the panel. maybe i can get it done later this month. there are a few insurance bills that must be paid before this can be done :( i really don't care for "real life" at times. finding a box in which to ship the panel may be a bit of a problem, too. btw, do you sign your work like van gogh or any other "artist"? ;)

LEVELORD IS A MODERN van gogh :D :D

You know, when I first started doing panels, I would sign the portion that I then cut out. A couple people did get sent the Scrap aluminum with my signature on it. But, I can do whatever you want. I think I need to maybe start practicing more with the etching tool on the Dremel, whaddaya say?

hank said something about you guys designing a window or panel for the 1200. maybe i'll go that route. make it good, levellord! :D

We already have that. A picture should already be on the forum for that. Let me know if that's not it. I'll be sure to ask him what he's talking about.

hey lord, im interested in a tj07 with the btx right install window, you wouldnt happen to have any pics would you? with the tj07 can u remove the mobo tray and change orientation that easily?

You have to remove the internal rails but that should be about it. I did a BTX window for Puget Computer Systems. You should be able to scrounge up a picture off their site.

levellord, you were right. the AC Ryan MeshX panels are plenty larger enough for my application. I've finished one panel and it looks great!! I'll do the other panel tomorrow and post a pic of the results. It's going to look much better than the black painted plexiglass I've been using. btw, I got your email this morning. Hank said the V1200B panels should be in towards the end of August. I'll order one as soon as I'm aware you guys have them.

I have a quick question. If I were to buy the Silverstone TJ-07 Water Cooled Edition off of your website, would all I have to do is add the coolant? What I mean is, I want to make sure that it is 100% leak tested and sealed shut so there will be no problems EVER. Do you guys leak test it? Or do I have to do it myself? Thanks.

even if it is leak tested and hose clamped, I would still leak test it myself. Just think about it..
It does have to be boxed and shipped to you right?

Very true. A leak test before shipping is simply a false sense of security. I had an S-80 DEMOLISHED in shipping. The casters were indented into the bottom of the case. Anything short of that could jar something in your case and then cause it to leak. And we don't normally like to mount the res anyway, for the same reason. Nearly always acrylic and can break if jarred. But, yes, I always put clamps tightly onto fittings and the fittings themselves are snug.

Just got my case today from you guys. Its a silver Lian Li PC-V600, with a triple RadGrill installed. Looks very nice, thanks a lot!

I'll get pics up soon.

Dangit man.... I took pictures of your case before it left. I've just been to busy to post them. I wanted to have them up before you got it. Well, don't wait for me, post pictures!

RadGrill mounted by Performance-PC's. Very well done. Thanks!

Levellord, here are two pics of what I did with the MeshX. The panels are mounted with some round head M3 screws at the moment. I want to use OEM Lian-Li thumbscrews but they're too short. Do you guys have any M3 thumbscrews (Lian-Li style) that are longer than the OEM's? I'm open for either chrome or black but I prefer chrome.

Okay, I see the screws, but I can't see how they attach to the mesh. Can you help me out?
