okay, if you want to impress people, learn to use your camera

Lower your ISO settings to 200 or less
use a stable surface to sit your camera on in low light situations

Results = clear crisp pics and no blur.

:D
thas more towards some of your first pics, youre last batch look nice :d

also you guys need to wear some gloves or something :)

fiinger prints on lain li cases never really come out at all

but that goes for alot of people on here. i see the nice work and all and none of them wash their grubby oily hamburger hands before they touch their case. Mind you that you might have to wash them every 20min or som because of the oil build up again. Or just get some gloves. :D

Im just picky that way :)

ammonia based cleaner and a lint free cloth brings the finger prints out of mine ;o

Anyway, I guess I'll say this again... I'm using my 1.3 MegaPixel Sony cell phone. You'll just have to deal with guys. It's the easiest way for me to take care of these pictures. I've been using the same camera the whole time. Not benig mean, but if YOU want to impress people, catch up on a thread before posting rude comments like you did.

That's what I use. It's called Un-Du. Very good stuff. We're talking instantly taking up spray paint, any adhesives, permenant marker... It pulls up more stuff and faster than even Goo Gone.

To the person who just ordered the Silver 65+2 Window panel, thank you for the kind words in the comment box. I really appreciate you taking the time to throw in an "'ata boy!" Feels good man, thanks!

My current project is a freebie... I would like to make a stealth water-cooled case. If you didn't open the case, you'd never know. I'm thinking about a PC7 (Or 60, or 65 those LL mongols) Any other ideas?

i dont think it was really due to his post. Just because no one post dont mean they are not looking. Seems your very easy to snap at the moment though and asking for a thread lock. I didnt see his post as being negative just offering some advise on better pics. Sure he probably didnt read the whole thread all the way through.
Again perhaps no one posted because there were no new updates.

I don't know man. It's not like I need pictures to impress people... How about we ask all Nascar drivers to take Literature classes to write their own newspaper stories...

hahahah.

well i for one am enjoying seeing this work done. keep posting as i keep feeling like an insider seeing the work you are doing. you're proud, im impressed and fuck all with the negativity. in acutality, this should be a thread like what whats his face always gets, where only he can make posts to it as its strictly a gallery.

ps: at some point next year i will want a new case and its gonna come from perf pcs, its gonna be a s80 and its gonna need holes cut for a PA triple rad (with grill) and all the internal cables sleeved. and i hope its gonna be you doing it.

keep posting. imageshack, camera phone, digicam, lighting, seamless, workbench, i dont care. just post em.

cool
i just found the little gromets on performance-pc website they were hidden in the newstuffs area. :)

just put in an order for some and a new mouse pad. woo

LOL I saw that order. We're currently out of the Mousepad though. You definately want to wait for it though. That's exactly what I use. Razer Diamondback Plasme LE and the Xactmat on Control. Best setup I've ever had.

Ahh any idea how long on the pad? I didnt see any sold out or oos notifications. thats cool though. im looking at getting a new mouse might try a logitech g5 . but yea i ordered a few different sizes of the gromets. which is the biggest one you have say for a psu power cable?

The mouse pads came in today, so you're all taken care of. I believe the largest is .75" But I have this new black trim type stuff. It is a sturdy hard plastic channel molding type material. I'll keep you all informed on how it works out.

Well, with the declining price in the G70, I was finally able to talk the wife into getting one. So, details are going to be sketchy but I'll tell you what I can....

Same Zalman controller. Everything about the controller is different, except for the switches. Custom rad grill (truly custom; Special "His" and "Hers" editions), same handles and black casters, all Lian Li bezels, (going to try and change the color of the Nuuo controller if I can, and possibly a custom window. I'll let your minds wonder for a while. The items have to be made so I won't have any pictures for at least another week and a half. Gonna be nice, don't you worry. I won't let you all down! Gonna have to change a few things on mine though, to keep up with her. ;)

I also finally (after like 2 months) got to re-visit an old project; even for the 20 minutes I got... The fully enclosed PC-7 WC Edition. Single Radiator, 140mm fan and no cutting of the outside of the case. Stealthy. Give me some ideas on how you think I pulled it off. Only thing I haven't done yet is figure out what I'm going to do with the res; has to be cool though. Pump is not going to be a problem, probably a mag or Mag2.

The work-horse behind the stealth PC7 Plus2 WC is done... The rad is mounted, the front fan is stealthed and mounted, the res is mounted, the Pump has been figured out and placed... All is done. Total price is below $350 for case and water-cooling components. A GTS 120, MCP350, a Cape AGB2 Res, and a white streamliner to keep it quiet. Price is actually like $315 I think. Great value considering the quality of partsl; the pump alone is $80! I'll post pictures as soon as I get everything complete.

On another note, this weekend we here at Performance-PCs hit a great milestone! Our topic hit over 10,000 views! Thank you everyone. Keep it up. Let's hit 100,000! Whaddaya say?!

All done. The PC-7 is a beauty. Nothing outside the case, and without a window you would never know the full capacity of this case. Apogee, MCP350, Cap AGB, GTS120, and 3 ft of tubing.

"It has been done."

pics!! I wanna see what watercooling would look like in my case. How quiet is it? I'm really into silence, and I'm trying to make my PC-7B as close to dead quiet as I can. The only things audible now are the idle noise of the hard drive (it's suspended with elastic) and the whine from my VF-700 video card cooler at 5 volts.

Well, for complete silence, the Streamliner will do pretty decent... You'll want the extra CFM because it's only a single 120 Radiator. Besides that, switch out the rear and side fans for anything quiet and that's all she wrote. As I sit here typing this, I hear my son's Gameboy from the other room over the PC next to me. The only sound I hear is, like you, my video card fan; but mine is still stock.

I'll take a better camera to work with me tomorrow to take those pictures with. I'm still very excited about the "His" and "Hers" cases. The rest of the parts should be back from the Laser guy tomorrow. Work on it early Thursday and Friday mornings before work and maybe I'll have some pictures beginning of next week. Let's all hope for the best!

That sucks.... Sorry man.

Hey, all you local PPCs customers.... We've teamed up with Gamer's HQ at the corner of Malabar and Babcock in Palm Bay to bring my two personal cases to debute. August 11th-12th weekend. I'll get back with more details as it gets closer, but mark your calendars. Two Black G70's are showing up to kick some ass in Counter-Strike Source.

who ever ordered that V2100WC should consider getting at least 50z pump or D5, Mag II pumps are weak also not recommended to mount up side down

This guy wants what he wants.... Let's put it like this; will all the stuff he has in this case, he wants me to leave space for a cigarette lighter.... Need I say more?

After completing the Silver PC7, Hank suggested I change it all over to a Black Case, so here it is. I also made this a "Deluxe" Model to include an MCW60 for the GPU as well. Two GTS120, Apogee, MCW60, AlphaCool Delphi with Acrylic Top, and the Cape AGB2. Here are the pics. I really wanted to stress no actual mods to the case. So I know the exterior is bland, it was supposed to be. This is a complete Water-Cooled case with extreme value for low cost.

Oh ok, because I order shit from performance pc's all the time, especially for my new pc. If you were hank I thought you would maybe remember me, doubt it though haha. I talked to him a bit about parts and such.

Grrr.. Those were better pictures too.... I tried using the ImageShack Toolbar this time. It must have resized them all to thumbnails. What a hassle... I'll fix it, sorry guys.

Actually, I can just fix the links... I see how they name them. Fixing it now.

Oh, and that "other" black case you see behind the PC-7 is a big secret... Well, that's what Hank says anyway. That's a G70B, just an FYI.

thanks for fixing things. i saw those blue switches last night while browsing the site for new goodies. i almost ordered some of them but i couldn't think of anything to use them for in my case. i may get a few anyway when i order some of that new black grommeting i saw AFTER i had placed my order.
