Is mbm5 still updated or what other app should I use?

And Eclipse can you link me an a64 tweaker how to for 754? Its insane how many memory options this dfi bios has.

Hey, I just thought of something. Maybe I should update the bios. I didnt even check to see if there was a new one. Any recommendations on maybe a cracked bios?
 
which one have you got? i haven't touched a dfi nf3-250gb in a while. last i checked, 6-23 was the bios to have :)
 
I've got 5/04 which it appears is the last official one. I found the 6/23 on some websites, it says its a beta. I suppose any source is okay, right...

After updating the list, I realised BitchBreaker was in the top10 2x, so I had to go thru and find the next lowest score I could find not in the list. If you belong in the #10 slot, let me know, but I think I've got it correct. And BitchBreaker got taken down to #4 by Mathot. :p Nice.

Ok, I'm so pissed at this processor right now. It's not even stable at 250x10 with 1.55v. I dont know wtf. It did 240x10 with 1.55 but that sucks. I'm selling this soon. Any thing I should do before I sell it?

Edit: put it in fs/ft. bump me!
 
Yeah, for real. My clawhammer was L-A-M-E. I got a suicide run of 2.74GHz on it with an XP-120 and COLD AC in it's face, and that was with a chunk of the screenshot turning black. Max benchable I ever got was 2.6GHz, and 2.4GHz was prime stable with 1.65v, but if you did like 240x above with diff multiplieres, prime failed. But it got 2.35GHz with 1.55v. :confused: I liked it for multitasking, but that thing blew chunks when it came to overclocking. CG revision too. :mad:

I just sent payment for a Storm block. I still have yet to install my DFI NF3 LanParty mobo. I need to get my ass in gear and make sure the DFI works before I watercool.
 
well, i just bought water too. im all excited. my s939 rig is up and running and my graphics card PWNS ozzis. MX420 POWAH!

Ooh, I have the same case as you. I love the looks but fitting the WC gear will be annoying.
 
I've got some massive cooling coming, not spilling details quite yet, but its not water or phase...its air! Nope, not a 120mm Delta, the only hint ill give is that its much larger :cool:
 
I miss my 0339 clawhammer. that thing did 2.4Ghz at 1.9vcore with a venus 12 and a 80 mm 'nado. Unlidded of course. ;)

Too bad the KV8-MAX3 was a POS. :mad:

I was going to go danger den but I think I'm going to order the Apex Ultra kit from Jab tech and try and sell the Apogee block.

right before I bought my winchester they FINALLY came out with a 7:1 and 8:1 bios for that thing, but I was too fed up with it to ever try to go higher. Plus 2 volts is probably a bad thing for a clawhammer on air. 1.9 ran 63C prime stable. :cool:
 
i have a 3000+ dtr .13 ;) need more then that, vinice core chip's are good clocker's on subcooling so id like to see what i can do with 1 soon.

the Apogee is a good block, if you keep your IHS on. without it, the Storm blows over it.

Hey guys, i'm back in the 754 club again :) traded my gimped Neo2 and FX53 for a 3700+ Clawhammer and a DFI NF3 :D
 
actually awesome thinking ruiner. you probably didnt even recognize this, but he tests on AXP's that dont have IHS's. so there is your result ozzitron.

Well my IHS will stay on and the Storm is already paid for so I'll have no need for the Apogee.

hehe, more like a 203.2mm :D , 8 inches to be exact. Either that or 12 inches, which is...hehe, MASSIVE! :D
