1.6A @ 2.13. I've had it up to 2.4 before but I need better RAM and a better heatsink to keep it totally stable.
 
I'm running a P4 2.4C @ 245MHz FSB, giving 2.94GHz. 5:4 fsb:mem divider though... Crappy TwinMOS RAM :(

I'd love to push it to 3GHz, but in my little Shuttle SB61G2, I just can't seem to get it to run stable with an X800 Pro, WD Caviar SE, DVD/CDRW combo. The poor box kicks out hot enough air to dry your hands in ;)

Isn't that more like 73% and 42%? Otherwise that celly would be at 1632mhz and p4 at 5.8ghz :eek:

You should be able to take that chip a lot higher than you have it now, depending on the stepping.

My 1.8A went up to 3.2 on 1.6V ( :D ), and the 1.6's are supposed to be able to oc just as well.
 
My stuff is old, but % wise I'm matched up. got 500mhz out of a Tualatin 1ghz air cooled :)
 
1.8 @ 2.15, sadly I am unable to hit the 2.2ghz mark that is so common with 2500+s...oh well :)
 
There should be a separate poll or something for AXPs and A64s cuz the mhz is different. Anyway my 3.2C does a little over 4Ghz with the IC7 Hipro5 2.2 bios so Im in at 801-1ghz :) Hopefully have some FX-55 numbers up within the coming months...
 
My box is old too. I've got a 1.4 Thunderbird at 1705.

I see a lot of folks with 2.4s getting huge OCs. It's not easy with this old thing.
 
AthlonXP 2500+ (1.833GHz) @ 3210+ (2.222GHz).
Core = 1.75V set and 1.79V measured
Temp = 45 Celcius

I can get it higher but this is stable with average temperature.

Highest ever was 2.345GHz
This required a core of 1.85V and the temperature would sky rocket as soon as SETI@Home kicked in. It would go from 50C to 75C in 2 seconds. :eek: I'm lucky the thing didn't melt. :confused:

just ordered a prescot 3E that takes 3.8 at 1.3v :D

Ive only seen 2 or 3 FX-53s at 3.4Ghz and that wasnt phase change it was 3 stage cascade at around -100C.... Strap a good phase change cooler on any P4 and you should get about a Ghz out of it and with low multi cpus like 2.4s out I dont think 1Ghz ocs are that rare...
 
How about this rocking OC. Dual Xeon 1.6 running both at 3gigs. Stable with prime 95 running for 24hrs with 2 runs per CPU. Thats 1.4 gigs per CPU so total OC is 2.8 Gigs beat that guys

2.4 P4 to 3121 mhz stable since day 1 running for over a year 24/7. Memory is clocked as seen below in sig.

Overclock on vid card is 415/1100 24/7
 
Celery 2.4 @ 3.2 aircooled with cooler master DI4-8KD3B
P4 2.0 A @ 3.0 same cooling
Athlon XP 1700+ @ 2220 Mhz aircooled
and a lot more , but not that good overclocks

P.S.
I have a DELL INSPIRON 4100 , PIII @ 1Ghz but i dont know what PLL it uses , so if anyone knows , pls let me know ! It is the one with GF2GO 32MB.
 
Best I can get to run Prime95 for 24 hours is 166fsb on this rig (not stable for steam/doom3 tho), putting my 2.4B@2995mhz, but I run at 150fsb to get 2.7ghz and let ram run up at 384 instead of 333.

Had to finally get an account for this poll. :)

Xeon 2.66 @ 3.7 on an Asus PC-DL Deluxe w/volt mod and moose-mod.

As for the 1.6 at 3.0... I've seen that, you can buy a pair of low volt 1.6 xeon's for about $120 somewhere (saw in hot deals forum a while back) and overclock up to 3.2 with some luck. :D
 
2.53 @ 2.85-95, depending on the temperature in the house at the time.

My memory really is bad, so as soon as I can buy a new processor and some PC 3200 or 4000, I'll be all set. I'm thinking about a 2.8C, and seeing how high I can get it.
 
P4 2.8 C @ 3.08 24-7. (P4C800E-Deluxe) Need to do better than generic ram to get a better overclock. People should put in what their max overclock was and what their everyday overclock is. Because I am sure that they are different for alot of people.

2.4c was at 3.3 (18 * 183) With an Alpha 8942 and a panaflo H1A

Since then the mounting hardware for the the alpha broke and i haven't gotten around to ordering/finding replacements so im using the stock cooler at 2.4 :(

but you can do 3.3 easy on stock cooling with the 2.4c procs. I know I have with a friend of mines. we actually got 3.4 stable
 
typing on a sb62g2 with a 2.4c @ 3.2 Ghz at stock voltage. It has an ati x800pro runs doom3 pretty good! Oh, memory is (2X 256mb) 3500 corsair at 5/4.
