As far as I understand it, they had all of their European orders shipped from Taiwan to EU together, and will be dividing them into individual customer shipments here. So I assume customs and VAT will be taken care of by them. But I could be wrong.

Latest update from this morning about the direct shipments:

Update on Directs, UPS is picking up 20% of the direct shipments today. We are still waiting for an answer as to why the rest is lagging. We will extract tracking IDs for these shipments and send them all out to the lucky 100 that got their orders shipped today.

East coast, I'm getting it tomorrow and can ship by the end of the week. I'm getting a lot of messages for it, so going to be taking offers for the Limestone + M tophat if anyone wants it.

Might just throw it on eBay, as they seem to be going for quite a bit over the original price.

Ya, eBay is where it's at. I'd toss it in there if I were you.

I'm a Kickstarter backer N° 1392 (29/12/2017) and order #2430 (15/9/2018) and have payed via Paypal, so I'm in the direct queue.

Haven't received anything yet, no tracking, no shipment alert, but also no concrete information whatsoever. All I can deduce from my own personal situation is that my case hasn't even been made yet. I don't mind the delays and the waiting, but the "sorry, there is no information" is a bit harder to swallow - especially when that's just clearly impossible, there has to be more concrete information than "factory said they'll start shipping this week" for the past 4 weeks.

    Anyway, currently sporting a DAN A4-SFX v2 : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6FQGfH

These are the components that'll go in the Ghost when it finally arrives: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BBMTq4

I'll have to design a custom sidepanel or dremel a hole in the Ghost one to accomodate the Ryujin pump on the CPU. I'll first run it without the sidepanel and then think about how to design the plexiglass sidepanel. I'm thinking towards 3D printing (professionally) brackets that slide in the Ghost and hold a custom designd lasercut plexiglass in place.

Moar later! I hope my case arrives soon

You have not gotten any emails at all? Did you get emails confirming your address?

I think I just got one last week saying my shipment was switched back to Amazon (again). I'd double check as I have received periodic emails from them with updates. Not an ideal situation but you should at least be getting emails here and there.

    They have communication issues, clearly.

I've gotten their emails, but guess I'm one of those 17% left.. Doubt their numbers are true though.

Anyone interested in trading their Medium Top Hat for my Large one? I'm not gonna use my AIO setup anymore and would like to throw a couple of 120mm fans in it. I guess they technically can fit in the large, but it won't be as functional. Thanks.

I have an ncase already but if I didn't and were buying a case today I'd buy this.

Why is black the only top cover option? Why not ones to match the body?

Also I want it just for the copper top cover.

Black isn’t the only option, all colours are available to match the main case.

Seems like a lot of people who were in batch 1 are getting their case before the backers on kickstarter, so if you were to order the case you'd likely get it fast.

I missed that the copper top is already available but I can't find info on selecting a "normal" top cover other than black. The order form just asks for one color, the body color.

The Ghost s1 always ships with a black top cover. If you want a silver one, you have to order the nickel top cover separately.

Has anyone tried to screw a top hat down with the provided screws? They aren't long enough and I can't secure it down. Is it me or is this a huge oversight? I'm using the longest screw provided. I'm about to sell this... waited for over a year and provided screws aren't long enough? QC problem?

I was able to screw the tophats in. Make sure the short piece of the top hat is tucked into the main case correctly.

Instead of selling it just get some M3x8 screws. Petty sure that should work for me what I read on the slack. Would only cost 50¢ at most

People have been sharing some replies by Patrik on mail messages they have sent days ago... This is very good news and makes me think I'll receive this case after all! It's been a bumpy ride, especially the communication these last few weeks, but it does seem everything will work out in the end.

Shipments have started to be processed again, just received this e-mail from Louqe.

The Slack is also full of people receiving tracking information and a couple have even received their case today.

    Hope restored!

    TIME FOR ANOTHER UPDATE
We are still catching up with the mail storm that has lately been happening. We have been receiving fewer questions concerning the areas we addressed in the previous Q&A mail send out. They concerned tracking numbers, partial deliveries and manuals. We thank you for that!

Fulfilment progress again, we are seeing a lot of movement right now which is positive. We see both EU and Direct shipments really moving quickly now. The current status of the different shipment batches is the following:

I bought some new M3 screws for the top hat that fit great! Could have been my case but it finally is complete and looks good. I used M3x12 FYI. So I noticed you can't screw in the top grill if using the top hat (just the magnetic grips). Is this true or did I install it wrong?

Anyone have info on how long it's taking for people getting tophats in different shipments to get the complete order? I got a shipping notice and tracking number but for a "partial order". (Just the case).

Their Q&A addressing this was less than informative.

Was just a couple days for me. Was really confused when I setup delivery point from random email. I never got any notifications the deliveries had arrived and had to phone to check they'd arrived.

In UK and was delivered to a DPD collection point.

I got my case and tophat in separate orders but they arrived the same day. One was a morning delivery, the other the evening

What's the best way to orient the top hat? I'm using an open air GPU and a 240 AIO. Tests show using a top hat but how are the fans set up? Pulling air from inside the case? As of now I have the top hat in the top mounted position with air being drawn from inside the case (not ideal). But on the other side if I habe the air pulling in from the top blowing down, it could cause a turbulent flow from the rising from around GPU/mobo.

Interesting results once he lapped the CPU IHS and CPU block.

Did you ask DPD to send it to the parcel shop? I thought I would get mine delivered home today, but just saw in the tracking that it's at a parcel shop too. Not happy about that...

Poor contact between heatspreader and waterblock plus his liquid was gelling up between the microfins of the block. I think the later had more of an impact. He lapped the IHS, block, cleaned it out, and changed the liquid and all was well.

Thanks. Not a case-related problem then, if I'm understanding correctly.

Nope, which is good. I'm planning a 2080 ti / 9900k custom loop hardline build once I get my wave 2 case so we'll see how that goes.

It's more a general small case problem. Low airflow + lots of blockages means worse cooling. And the tiny space makes it easier to make the mistakes they did (improper paste application).

It's still not a problem with the case; it's just an inherit issue with sandwich type cases in general. You could also say the same thing for most other SFF cases - tiny spaces, and lack of airflow. There's pros and cons to SFF; the biggest con being cooling restrictions. They aren't for everyone.
