We've all heard of God roll weapons. I feel like I keep getting Dog roll weapons. I've encountered 5 gold-colored weapons thus far (I'm at level 26) and 4 of them have been trash.
Is there something I'm missing that makes all gold weapons great or do some of them just kinda suck? Ditto with purple for that matter. I've found some pretty effective blue weapons that seem better than equivalent purple gear.
Is the color based on potential or is it reality and I'm just not understanding it?
So without me digging through 21 pages, did anyone figure out a graphics tuning guide? This thing is a pig by default and doesn't get anywhere near 60 fps @ 4k on my r7 2700x and 1080 ti. Just got it yesterday and I settled on 1440p just to get solid 60. Looks good, but I'd like 4k without spending 10 hours dicking with settings.
This should help: 15:15 has a chart to show their recommendationsSo without me digging through 21 pages, did anyone figure out a graphics tuning guide? I agree that the story is 'different' humor-wise, and the much larger pool of weapon variables means that useless weapons are the norm, but it also much improved on subtle levels. Go play 1 or 2 again and try moving around the map- no mantling and very strange jump mechanics. Driving was also odd (but still odd, just better imho). I get that it will not gel with everyone, someone somewhere thinks the pre-sequel was the best Borderlands... (I keed I keed)
if you do decide to change classes, nuke the videos first, otherwise it is an ungodly slog through bullshit every time
I'm still not seeing major differences in legendarily vs. any other types of weapons. Pure #'s and weapon manufacturer/types seem to matter way more.
