    SSD US Warranty Question

Hello, I wonder why when buying Sabrent SSD I get 1 year warranty automatically but I can get additional 4 years with free registration. Why can't I get all 5 years from start? And are additional 4 years of warranty worth it? This also applies to home appliances.

Anyone have experience with Inland's warranty?

I've got a 1 year old 2tb Inland Premium m.2 drive that just randomly disappears in Windows until a reboot. I checked MC's website and they mention a 3yr warranty but no info on getting warranty service. I assume I just need to take it to MC and hopefully they'll just swap it out for a new one...

[Solved] Does the XFX RX 570 XXX have a transferrable warranty? (Urgent)

I bought a new XFX RX 570 XXX and it doesn't work with my motherboard, and newegg doesn't accept returns for opened packages, so I'm going to resell it but I want to pass on the warranty if possible. I know not all cards have transferrable warranties so I wanted to ask if this one does. I know...

FS: EVGA 1660 Ti XC Black (ext warranty)

Asking $245 shipped - Pending These are currently $270 on Amazon ($289 with tax). If you include the 5 year warranty, that would push the cost up to ~$305. Sold my GD09B build and moving to an A60 case which won't fit this 3 slot card. Probably has 20 hours of use on it. Never mined on. Part...

XFX No Longer Honors Lifetime Warranties!

Just a heads up to any of you who have an XFX GPU with a lifetime warranty. It seems XFX is refusing to honor their lifetime warranties any longer. I have a R9 280X with a registered lifetime warranty. The card had to be RMAed back in 2015, therefore validating the warranty. However, when I...

ASUS Changes Warranty Exclusions in USA

As you are likely aware of, the FTC recently did away with all those "warranty void if sticker removed" warnings that have been declared illegal in the US. Most companies are updating their warranty statements to fall in line with this. ASUS has gone a step further, and I am sure many of you...

Great Warranty News For Seasonic Prime Owners

EVGA doesn't really support the hydro copper cards very well... *edit: they came through!

My EVGA 980 Ti hydro copper started "flickering" the display when in-game a few months ago. I thought it might just be a driver issue since if I window a game, it was fine. When playing Call of Duty BO 3 or similar, the screen just flickers like a TV camera recording a LCD screen. When...

    Gigabyte Repasting and Warranty

I bought myself a P55Wv6-PC3D because it was on sale for $1,055. Most laptops have atrocious thermal paste jobs and you can wring lower temps out of them by remedying this. However, since the machine is brand-new I'd prefer not to void the warranty, hence my question. There are stickers...

Gigabyte damaged my motherboard when I sent it in for RMA repair and refuses to fix it

In April 2016, I purchased a GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-Gaming 6 (rev. 1.0) motherboard form Newegg. The motherboard was delivered on May 3rd 2016. The fan headers started dying on the motherboard less than 6 weeks after it was delivered from Newegg. Unfortunately it was outside of the Newegg.com 30...
