I dont know why safe mode got me more score in benchmark than normal mode. Anything we can do to have the same performance in safe mode when we are in normal mode?

Does a chiller require water flow when its on or not? Because when I turn off a pc, the pump is off so no water flows to the chiller. Is a d5 pump enough or I need a bigger one?
