I spoke to John over at Costco, he is one of the people I know that works there. He said people return mattresses all the time, they can be taken back within reason, time wise, is what he said. Didn't give me any specific time frame. They have large plastic bags they give you when you return...
I had the PB278Q before getting my Qnix. I bought a refurb, it developed dead pixels after a few weeks, I also got headaches from the PWM dimming. I have had no such issues with my Qnix.
I can tell you one thing about those, they don't overclock, if you are looking to do that. They skip frames using a higher hz, just like every other multi input monitor.
It has enough height to rotate it vertically, as you can see by my image, its not even all the way up on the pole you adjust the height. Adjusting height requires using the Allen wrench they supply.
That is the seller I bought from. I only got a PP model for $325. Its great, ordered last Friday, had the thing on Tuesday. Quite a few have ordered from them on other forums after I posted my thoughts. They seem to have them ready to ship, unlike some sellers with delay issues.
I opted to go ahead and get a Monoprice stand. If someone gets one, you will need to add washers to make the Vesa plate attach firmly, the screws are too long. I also taped the power brick to the stand for a clean look of the cables when sitting in front of the screen.
Picture of the washers.
storewithstory accepted my offer of $325 for a QX2710 PP, just for those who might want to try. I started at $320, was countered with $335, then they accepted my offer at $325.
