That is why those P300's are my drive of choice being 7200rpm. SSD's seem overkill for my specific use for the time being.

I know 1 year is not a lot but they do work fine and nothing disastrous. Less than £100 per drive. I would say 5400rpm but those P300's do not get too hot and are not loud, so why not? SATA Freenas Main use is Plex server and file server for home LAN.
