I rebuilt my library and it still does the same thing. I'm not a big fan of shutting off the windows firewall. I will make sure permissions are setup but I don't wanna shut the firewall off. I'm deployed right now and I don't trust this ISP as far as security measures go.

When the computer reads a drive that has been formatted with the 'quick format' option.... it appears the same as if the drive was formatted regularly. A regular format, it actually clears out all sectors the best it can, where a quick format leaves all the data on there, it just makes it appear...
