    I run it on a 560 Ti 1GB. It doesn't look very good and I get ~30 FPS dips in highly-lighted indoor areas. But most of the time I'm around 40-50 FPS. I've got pretty much everything disabled except High textures and TAA.

    That's happened to me a few times. If you have a weapon with a scope, swap to it and look through the scope. Everything will be back when you let go of right click.

    Hold TAB for your "flashlight". I found this out when I encountered an unnaturally dark room that even had an overhead light, which I think ended up being a bug. Hold 'E'.
