    well, according to the temp display on the outside of the case, its at a pretty constant 76-77 degrees. as far as the power supply its a 450 watt standard case power supply. the case being a ALUMINUM Z-ALIEN CASE W/ WINDOW. idk if that helps, because, as i said, i am hardware retarded
