    I talked to supermicro and apparently the card does not support anything above 1TB "officially". Marvell doesn't publish the chip specs. If you can get it to work, good for you. I think my card may have been bad and was going to RMA it until above. I just returned it. The PCI-E version does...

    I've been getting mixed messages on the seagate 1.5 support. Supermicro says no as of 12/2008 http://www.supermicro.com/support/faqs/faq.cfm?faq=8369 I only see 4 out of the 6 that are connected. I think maybe I have a bad card.

    Apparently the AOC-SAT2-MV8 doesn't support drives larger then 1 TB. I wish they would put that on the specs page. Time to get an RMA from newegg.

    Good news. After dell trying to tell me that refurbished means not shrink wrapped and ignore the new version sticker on the sn, I got my replacement which is New. Had 2 stuck pixels, tapped back to life. All is well. S-IPS, made in Mexico, SN ends in L, make July 2007. RT803

    I just got my "replacement" monitor for my new 2007wfp. They sent me a refurbished unit from oct 2006. I'm kind of pissed that they think a refurb should replace a new unit. Has this happened to anyone else?
