The [H]ardForum Perpetual Freebies Thread

Yeah I think I need the ones with the male pins, the cf2g. Let me know if you have one with a 32gb CF card!

Have a skt 775 board (Gigabyte GA-73VM-S2) with 2x2gb ddr2 memory, a harddrive (no OS on it) and an E6550 chip. Will boot into bios and into Windows. Has only one swollen cap. This board w/ take Quad chips. It does have the latest bios.

If not taken, I will then put it in a dell or hp sff case and set it out on the yard as a freebie.

also have a Lenovo M93p motherboard IS7XM r1.0 skt 1155 board w/ an 2120 chip. It takes a 12pin to 20pin adapter which is included. Has the i/o backplate. You will need a mounting back plate for the cpu hsf.

Dell TB16 Thunderbolt docking station with power supply* (read below)
Model K16A

Ports: Audio Out, HDMI, DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort, Ethernet (RJ-45), USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB-C, VGA

Same one as this, except I don't have the 3-prong power cable. I assume that the dock still works, but I have no way of testing it currently.
I do have the 180W power brick that the cable connects to, though. So you will need to source the 3-pronger from your own stash of Dell cables, or purchase one for a couple of dollars.

Anyone have a Surface Pro or Laptop they have no need for. Nothing fancy. Just something for my daughter to do homework on.

She had a Surface Pro but dropped it and cracked the screen. Now it overheats and doesn’t respond to touch. My fault for not using a case on it.

Looking for a few 128-256GB NVME boot drives for a small proxmox cluster I'm trying to setup. Thank you so much!

Requesting: Dell Optiplex 5070 Micro PC HDMI Video Adapter Daughterboard. It adds an HDMI monitor output to the PC (mine only has dual Display Port).
Dell P/N: R07CP
I'm running BlueIris security camera software on my 5070 Micro and would like to output to an HDMI splitter to monitors in different rooms throughout the house.

They look like this:

Anyone have a stock heatsink / cooler for an Nvidia Titan X Pascal 12GB? Blower style like this:

I have the original screws, EXCEPT for the four screws with the springs attached to them. So if anyone out there has the original heatsink with those four spring screws, it would be greatly appreciated!

MooCow -
I have a baggie of 8 (4 longer, 4 shorter) those screws w/springs marked "NV" but no idea what card they came from, most likely some form of a Quadro, which might work?
I can snap a pic later with a measuring tape for reference

Thanks for the help. I think I'll request those screws from you when I come across a stock Titan X blower style heatsink.

Also, if anyone has some old sata hdds, I am looking for 2 to raid. I do not care about capacity nor speed, but I would prefer something 7200rpm

Most if not all SATA3 drives should be backward compatible with SATA 2 interface. Unless there is a specific requirement that you must use SATA2, then maybe could consider SATA3 drives (just adding more options).

prob want to mention how many you want (depend on the raid configuration). It is recommended to have same type and capacity drive when comes to raid.

Sorry, I will clarify

Well, if you change your mind, I have these drives here. They all passed WD quick test.

25x 5x Toshiba
23x Seagate

I would be interested in the "BlackMagic DeckLink 4k Extreme" if its still available.

Anyone happen to have one of the following CPUs?

Preferably an i7-2600S, Xeon E3-1260L, or any of the 4/8 core CPUs (in that preference order)?

Also looking for 2x8GB DDR3. Can be 1333 or 1600
I guess if anyone has an Ivy Bridge i7-3770, or Xeon E3-1225 v2, E3-1245 v2 or E3-1275v2, I will try those.
I'm not sure if the incompatibility is in the QTS software, or the BIOS itself.

I'd love to have one of those Duo 2 cards if there is still one available, I was trying (and failing) to capture some analog video last year with a terrible USB card - I'm sure this would be a night and day improvement over that experience.
