Has anyone seen Dan around? I asked him to refund my money a few days ago because the black aquatube wasn't dated for stock, and then yesterday I demanded he refund me..... I still havn't gotten anything back as far as emails / funds go.... lets this be a note to anyone purchasing with him...

If you had placed an order with SNT using a credit card, I'd give them a call. 99% of the time they will give you back your money.

That's kind of difficult as they don't take direct credit cards. They only take PayPal transfers paid by credit cards or bank transfers. So it makes it more difficult to get your money back. :( However, someone else said here recently that you can get your money back in a PayPal transaction, but it isn't as easy as calling your credit card company or bank.

Just curious as to how long ago you ordered it as he listed that black Aquatube as stock as little time ago as last Friday or something.

Just a curious update, does anyone manage to merge the Zalman reservator w/ any Aqua GPU/CPU cooling equipment, that the fittings diameter fits nicely?

Hmm...funny you should ask that :) Wes was working last Friday doing something like that. The last time I saw him he was disassembling a Reserator and helping someone to marry it to an AIrplex Evo 360 radiator they were going to stick in a freezer  So Wes would be the proper person to talk to about that. Give him a ring or e-mail him.

To anyone considering buying from SNT Systems,

DON'T BUY FROM DAN PERDUE (SNT SYSTEMS)

They have the worst possible customer service and after my payment cleared on paypal june 1st, I get an email from Dan stating I won't be refunded for 2 weeks, I told him if I don't recieve payment from paypal by tomarrow, I'd start a claim, maybe it will get him moving, but there is absolutely NO possible reason he couldn't refund my money immediately. this is bad business practice, very bad, and I hope he gets thrown in jail for it.

You might want to check out this SNT Thread. This thread was in the SNT Systems Product Support sub-forum which was also deleted from their main index after some serious questions were raised about the viability of SNT. BTW, Dan was said to have gone back to work so perhaps he needs to get a paycheck before he can pay you? If you read the link I gave you all will be clear. :(

I would highly suggest that you also follow up with the Better Business Bureau. I know nothing of your business dealings with SNT, but if you really think there has been some kind of crime committed then here is the website of the Burlingame Police Department.

I done some research. Zalman uses 3/8 ID for their silicon tube.

Aqua CPU and GPU such as aqua6800 can support 3/8 by their BARB38 (Shark part no.)

I suppose it depends on which CPU block.

But a better question is, which company's tube do you use? Zalman or Aqua? because we talk about this earlier in this thread, that somenoe has leaking due to hardness of the tube. And Aqua change those tube to their new ones that it works after that. But is those tubes long enough for the zalman?

I would be mad also, everyone here would be if this was going on with them. http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp these people sit at their computers everyday waiting for this kind of thing ( if you have not received your payment )

Tubing comes on a 100-250 foot roll. You just order what ever size you need. IOW, if you order three 3 foot pieces you will get a 9 foot piece of tubing. Personally I would use neither companies tubing. I would use some tygon tubing that is available from Sharka and many other retailers.

Well it appears that SNT Systems has finally locked my link into their site so you could access the "deleted files" in question. Now when you click the above link you get a vBulletin Message that requires you to give a password. Funny part is that I have given out this link since the day they "deleted" the access to this sub-forum. Many people accessed it because I watched them do it. :p

BitchBreaker (a partner in SNT) has publically stated that they have no reason to hide or delete anything. This link might give you some more insight into the Sick N Twisted (that is what they have stated SNT means) mind set. Suggest you read this link as fast as possible as I suspect it will "disappear also."

BTW, I have a complete copy of the thread they seem intent on you not seeing minus the parts they already deleted from March 15th through March 23rd of this year. If your interested please PM with me with a regular e-mail address and I will send you the file. If I have time later today I will see if I can get up a website with this information on it.

Ok, after raising hell, I have been refunded, I still don't recomend anyone shop with SNT systems, Sharka Corp seems more reliable (If i get my package from them today) I would deal with them at your own risk (Plus Sharka is cheaper, so why bother?)

I would suggest you also follow up with the Reseller Ratings website.

Based on the new main page, I would say SNT is about to go bye-bye. Now more accepting pre-orders on product already available and looks to be selling off remaining inventory.

I'm not sure what's going on but I ordered a black anodized Aquatube and 100x100mm lian-li mount plate on Sat June 4th, I ordered 3 day select because im going to college on the 19th and I need to have my watercooling setup done by then... however, I was expecting it today and nothing came, their site says shipped, but when I look up the UPS tracking number, all it says is billing information recieved.... I paid for 3 day shipping and I expected 3 day shipping because I needed it today perferably, and now that I know that it probably hasn't even been shipped yet really ticks me off.... What is with aquacomputer and their North American Dealers... this is really becoming a joke... I expect the least that I get free shipping if Sharka hasn't even shipped it yet and it was in stock... Top Nurse, any idea?

I have no idea as I was there today and there was a pile of black Aquatubes sitting there on the shelf. I suspect that the problem is the G 1/8 fittings as they are running out of stock on them. I can blow smoke up ya and tell you some fairy tale, but since I know the real reason I will tell you. They originally ordered in enough fittings to sell with their stock items that required fittings. However, some people have been ordering a lot of extra stuff and it has them sitting on rads, aquatubes, and pumps with no fittings to ship with them. Or I gather the fittings that you want :( as they still ahve some 3/8 barbs and compression style fittings. Another problem has been another supplier was supposed to be getting them Legris fittings locally so they could ship their products, but they are playing games with delivery right now. Then Aqua Computer has held up delivery on some promised parts that was supposed to be in Austria yesterday. Now Aqua Computer says it will be delivered Friday. :(

My suggestion is that you call Wes or E-mail Sharka and complain to them. They should be bringing in enough fittings on this shipment that they won't be running out of anytime soon (like 50-100 each size). Maybe they can get you some other push-fit fittings locally that will work.

bitchbreaker is 19 years old, and he's a partner.... No wonder snt is sucking

Thank you for the info on the tygon, I'll keep that in mind.

As to your friend working on the Reservator on a Evo, tell him that the Reservator has been replaced with the Reservator 1 Plus.

http://www.quietpc.com/uk/watercooling.php

if he still stock the old one, sell it fast and stock the new one instead. The new one can do a SLI (2 video cards) a CPU, a Power supply. See review

Thanks for the info, but I don't see that model being better than the older model for several reasons. The quick disconnects they use are natively 1/4" inside, so you lose some of the advantages of a 3/8" system with them. The aluminum VGA coolers are a joke for hot GPU's. If I were you I would wait for the next model that has a bigger pump and more asthetics as well as an increased internal surface area of metal to conduct heat out of the unit better. :D

More stuff for the Aqua Fanz :D See this Pic for detatils. This picture doesn't show the 20 Aquastream pumps, the Silber XT blocks, and some other fluids that will be there in Austria tomorrow morning. BTW, this will be the last post I do on shipment pics as this is getting rather boring to me what with stock coming in every 2-3 weeks from Aqua Computer. ;) I think you will always be able to see what is coming in by going to the Sharka Website.

Just wanted to check in and see if there's any new information on the multiswitch. Any ideas when it might be released and what its capabilities will be?

It still is not out. A couple of Tubemeters made it here to this country that Aviddigi says works fine, but Aqua Computer says isn't ready for sale yet. The Multi-Switch is even a more closely guarded secret. So I am not putting any of this stuff into my immediate plans for incorporation into my existing design. Shoggy says he has seen a Multi-Switch actually work at a company LAN party, but declined to give out any info other than forget everything you have seen or heard about the Multi-Switch. As someone pointed out a while back it is like we got this super hot product that will change your life, but no we can't tell you anything about it.

BTW, how is that Evo 240 I sold you working out?

It's an excellent paper weight. :D

But the Aqua stuff all support 1/4" ID anyway, so isn't that good?

Hmmm....my apologies I was incorrect. ;) In that situation it wouldn't make any difference. I ws considering the issue from just a straight Zalman issue.

Will Sharka be getting the water shut off valves? I want to set up shut offs to each of my aqua tubes when I need to adjust a configuration.

They have had them in stock for quite a few years now. See this linky. You just add the appropriate tubing connectors and your set to go. :D

Hmmm... i thought i had ordered verythign necissary to hook up my AC gear today, but I seem to have forgotten one thing:

Anyone know what thread the aquastream uses for intake and output, or where I can get a plug and cool fittings for the aquastream?

Are you saying that the Aquastream doesn't have metal fittings that screw into the plastic pump body?

I am saying that I don't have those fittings and I need them...

Since when did this become the SNT flaming thread.....

I gather you haven't been keeping up on recent events? I thought people have been quite restrained considering everything. No lynch mobs have formed, no bombings, no late night visits, or other nonsense. People just want their goods or their money back :(

Here it is for your viewing pleasure! The shipment was finally packed up with a pair of these little jewels and 20 Aquastreams today and is headed to the USA! If you need to ask what these cost you probably can't afford them.

Damn AC makes some of the sexies WC gear I've seen.

Hey TopNurse you should see if you can get your [H] ranking to "AC whore." (whore not in the bad way) Everytime I see you post (here and on Bit-tech) you're always talking about AC gear. :)
