I really don't care about Rush, I don't listen to the guy. But I thought it was pretty common knowledge that after the appeal in his court case that a "friend-of-the-court" was requested by his lawyers to represent the unconstitutional advances in his medical records. I remember sitting in my car at lunch and listening to the folks on Air America going nuts about it. As far as 14 year olds go, I don't even know where you're pulling this "group" I'm in from. What is this so called "group"? The only case I see a child be tried as an adult in would be murder. But there's no need to be vile and get all upset over something. From the way you type, it looks like you're super frustrated with a red face and foaming at the mouth. Settle down man, this is the internet.
