Suspect Nabbed in Candidate E-mail Hack

I really don't care about Rush, I don't listen to the guy. But I thought it was pretty common knowledge that after the appeal in his court case that a "friend-of-the-court" was requested by his lawyers to represent the unconstitutional advances in his medical records. I remember sitting in my car at lunch and listening to the folks on Air America going nuts about it.

As far as 14 year olds go, I don't even know where you're pulling this "group" I'm in from. What is this so called "group"? The only case I see a child be tried as an adult in would be murder.

But there's no need to be vile and get all upset over something. From the way you type, it looks like you're super frustrated with a red face and foaming at the mouth. Settle down man, this is the internet. :p

I think the retard is Palin for having a yahoo account in the first place. If she wanted to conduct state business out the way of prying eye, she should have set up a server of her own and set a more secure system. it was just plain dumb on her part. And I don't even like her. she's an idiot, and not worthy of being president, and with McCain health issues, that is a distinct possibility.

But when your other choice is an even bigger idiot who doesn't even know how many states there are in this country, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpGH02DtIws then she doesn't seem so bad.

Hilarious.
But, you can usually find idiot sound bites like that one for almost any politician.

That's why you need the code for interpreting people misspeaking.

Obama misspeaks and says there's 57 states or can't remember what state he's in, or does't know what AIG stands for when talking about the bailout, and it's just a simple mistake.

McCain or Palin does it, and they're senile and/or stupid.

Yay for memes.

Not with me, stupid is stupid and they all are guilty. Just commenting on how easy it is to toss sound/vid bites out there that make one candidate or the other look incredibly stupid.

The race for president this go round looks more like the Special Olympics than a presidential election. :(

No, the ACLU represents all citizens, whether or not something is related to federal government. They always voice out about things not related to government programs.

No, get it right: The ACLU only represents democrats, boy lover pedophiles and minorities.

I am sure they will represent the kid though, since his part is on the democrats side.

lol, it does seem that way, but I had to be semi-fair. :p

Let me guess...liberal?

Strange, I can find all kinds of articles about the ACLU filing motions supporting Limbaugh's right to privacy. Not one says a thing about Roy Black requesting that they assist him.

Below are 2 (of many) that I found. The earliest dates back to January 2004. By the Fall, they'd offered him free legal services and were quite passionately supporting his position.

Thanks for agreeing with me. It was most unexpected.

Who's upset. I actually thought there was a chance (albeit a slim one) that you might actually have an actual source.

Settle down man, this is the internet. :p

Ya have to admit using yahoo like she did isn't too smart, and if that's kind of decisions she make as a governor, it doesn't bode well for her decision making process.

And weather I'm liberal or not is immaterial as I would hold a left candidate to the same standard who did the same thing.

Limbaugh enlisted the support of the ACLU in legal efforts to block the investigation on medical privacy grounds. He lost at the circuit and appellate court levels, and the Florida Supreme Court declined to hear the case.

The whole reason for the appeal in the case was for the ACLU to step in on his behalf. He knew that the organization had to step in if he had appealed because of the unconstitutional actions they took on his medial records, or else they would be totally blasted for it in the media.

STAY ON TOPIC.

All this back and forth about political parties has nothing to do with this news item and should be discussed in General Mayhem if you want to continue the conversation there.

Stupid ass kid. What did he think? Distribution/Theft of someones private email is illegal... he might just as well have read her snail mail out of her mailbox too while he was at it.

I'll take him any day over someone who uses "God Damn America" in their sermons and idolizes with domestic terrorists who are proud of bombing this country. LOL

That statement makes no sence. Litteraly.

And like the preacher says, "god damn us for killing innocent people" .. just thought you should complete that sentence.

But back on topic.

The FBI has now executed a search warrant on his appartment and subpoenaed the kids roomates. I'm pretty sure that even though their findings by law must remain secret, that they'll find a way to leak whatever trash they can find to the republican campaign. And there will be a lackluster investigaiton following of how exactly that info got leaked.

The same would happen if someone hacked Obama/Biden or any other politican... it's common sense to assume that the feds will come knock your door down, especially when the stakes are this high.

Our society is so sophisticated that it is impossible to achieve a consensus on anything anymore. It seems the opinions of the loudest get the attention and the general public who r just living their lives seem to get screwed by the few loud ones. Palins email was hacked. The person knew it was wrong. So in a normal society the person should pay the price. now unless the person has a mental incapacity he should pay the price for wrong doing. Today there is a loss of respect for others, government, laws and morality. How did it get this way, i certainly don't know, but it was a slow process of decline for sure. i am very sadden by this decline and there seems to be no way to legislate out of it. The family was the instiller of integrity which has slipped way below an acceptable standard.

dumb... should have done his hacking from laptop & free/unsecured router/AP (warhacking), then he wouldn't have had to even bother with a proxy.

Thats what I would have done...... then used a politician's kids hacker name to make some politician look stupid. :)

So what you're saying is that once it became a constitutional issue the ACLU stepped in? You and I clearly have a different view of foot dragging.
