Likewise. The game is getting better and better after every patch imo, everyone always cries after each patch but things always get owned after a week or two of extensive testing.

I guess. Pretty retarded, I thought the friend system they had was just fine before. Its bad juju to post emails for people to add you anyway :\
 
Anyone getting an authentication module error?


each time I try to log in I keep getting an

"Unable to download an authentication module. Please try again later"

message... a search shows it happening now and again, but the solutions or diagnosis is trash in every case, and not a cut and dry solution.
 
I got that module thing. Just keep clicking to log in and it will go eventually.

All my games are retardedly lagging bad though
 
So anyone know how the placement matches work now? I went 5-0 and got in diamond. The last person I beat went 4-1 and also got placed in diamond. I looked at his division and there was not a single person without a loss in it... literally it was the 4-1 placement diamond division. My division is full of 5-0 people. What ... ?
 
Doesn't matter really, just keep playing and the division you should be in will be revealed. 5-0 and 4-1 isn't much to go on, blizz really needs the 10 game placement again.

I feel they'll do 10 again once the game is released, but with only 9 days left before they take down phase 1 of the beta, 5 games is what they're gonna go with I guess. Of course if someone keeps playing they'll get placed in the right division, but I think there really should be something done about people who just camp their placement matches if they get placed higher than where they think they should be.

Also, anyone able to do 4v4 at all? I tried one game with my friends but it completely locked up about 9 seconds in... everyone had to leave the game manually and it didn't count.
 
I've heard that bnet has been a train wreck ever since this patch so I haven't played any games yet heh. Also, I hate people who do placements and get ranked higher than they should be too and they never play again. Doesn't show your true skill level at all haha. I actually know of some people who have done this for a while..
 
I've done about 3 4v4 games and they were all okay. The lag was bad on a few, dunno if it was the person's connection or b.net
 
So far all 5 games Ive been in lag killed the game. I was doing arranged 4's, and the drop menu just jumped to random people until they got dropped...So great for me, Im 0-5.

Also, what does Playtime Expires: June 21st? I thought the beta closes end of this month.

There must be a bnet issue, there can't be THAT many people with sh*t connections.


My last game I tried in only a 3v3 had both my teammates disconnect, only to leave me facing 3 others. Not fun, not fun at all. And choppy all the way through.


It is unplayable right now, damn near 2 am too. bnets issue
 
Last game I was in just froze up on me. So have they done away with the "name.name" system for realids?
 
Are there 3v3 and 4v4 ladders?

Any 3v3 or 4v4 has at least one lagger so it has to be bnet. I got placed in 3v3 diamond so im probably gonna get dropped down real soon...lol
 
Nice first 1v1 game and I get dropped right away, what the ef is wrong with the server lol. Doesn't say I dropped it just stops there.
 
Day[9] is casting and it happened to them twice. I can't even log in, it gives me a message saying it cannot download an authentication module.

I had the same problem. I'm not sure if this will help or not, but try turning your antivirus/anti-malware software back on when you launch the game. I turned mine off got that error, left the game turned avg back on, went right in and haven't had a problem since.
 
They turned on UDP to "Improve Game Performance" which clearly is the complete opposite of what it did. Hopefully they put in a fix soon.
 
So I finished my placement matches, I'm in diamond league -- I actually own 7 games, but the game froze twice while I was finishing off buildings :/.

The competition was actually a lot harder than before lol.
 
I hate to say it, but I'm bored with it. I will buy it when it comes out though, since it's made by Blizzard, and they've been good to me for the most part all these years. Although, like Warcraft 3, I'm going to have to keep playing SC2 in order to "learn" to like it.

It doesn't help I got into the beta months ago and played like ~150 games in the span of a week or so, but I'm truly bored to tears with it now. Hopefully with the addition of a single player campaign, I'll get back into the groove with it.
 
Yeah I was doing that last night when it was happening to me. Just keep clicking in the same spot and it gets to be a big smooth bright spot haha.
 
got dropped today and now i cant join any games. keep getting a master server error when i hit find game after about a min of waiting. been like this last 2 hours

Yea my friend is getting that error. It's a shame because there's so little time to even play this patch before may 31...

Yep, oh well. Did anyone else also notice that they made every color brighter in this patch? Looks so much better.. every color looked dull before. It's very noticeable if you play Terran haha.
 
I'm getting the no servers available bug, my guess is bnet is just basically down right now.
