What do I get? I'm the highest AM2 here personally owned on the forums? :) I also have a sempron 2800 on the way.

I was thinking of making this post but I wasn't sure on the community structure to claim the throne for a club.

Perhaps you should list beside each member what CPU they have? or keep a tally somewhere? That way you can have a diverse breakdown of the am2 club :)

Did you guys check the price of dual channel DDR800 or DDR1000 lately $426 for 2GB or $221 for 1GB. Isn;t it crazy?

No, because this is a club for people who own AM2, I don't care if you want to go conroe or not, hell I'm sure some of the people in this club are going to have a Conroe setup aswell.

I will be purchasing a AM2 3200 on the 15th along with a mobo and 2GB of DDR2.. woohoo.. cant wait to be in the club. Congrats to those who have already made it in.

why'd you block out the 2nd and 3rd line? 2nd line doesn't matter for warranty, and has some good info about the chip itself, and if you're gonna take the trouble to block the 3rd line, it's useless without blocking out the little square too.

i swear, people are so paranoid :p

btw, at 2.95ghz, ram at 421mhz, 4-4-3, 2T, i get 7538pts in 3dmark05, for the cpu score. (overall score is 6239 with a 7600gt at stock) :cool:

Holy macaroni this is a nice cpu... wowsers... what is the voltage I can run an FX-62 at safley? Whats the norm and whats the max?
 
same as any other 90nm amd? i wouldn't go over 1.6v if you can keep temps below ~40-45c
 
I'm currently waiting for those bums and Newegg to send me a new Mobo, sending me a DOA motherboard that I bought new, how dare they!
 
Yay, count me in. The Newegg UPS man just dropped my stuff off at the door and now I'm currently building an AM2 system for my little brother. AMD A64 AM2 3500+, somebody has my digital camera so no pics as of yet. Darn prerequisites. So as of now I guess you can put my membership in limbo. :D
