Yes it is.

Not as quiet as my Seasonic S12 but not NEARLY as loud as the PC&P.


Ripple is bad, however I think it's kinda blown out of proportion here and many people are being chased away from this PSU because of the scare.

I agree. It's bad. But did that stop people from buying GameXstream power supplies? :p
