You can usually sell them for just slightly under the current price showing in the market. Right now it's usually around 520,000 per point.

I have a question... is it possible to be gaining stats and also attacking pirates in a decent fashion so that my stats won't lag behind?

Absolutely. Just train and then every once in a while hit ubermensch(a.k.a hitmetipme30) or the 20 points a hit guy to gain a bunch of levels real quick.
That way you don't have to worry about wasting a ton of energy running around attacking a bunch of people.
Something to keep in mind for stats, and a good way to make sure you're level is about on track with stats is to take levelxawakex5 (or 10, if you want to make sure your stats are really good).
I did post a more complicated method a while back, which would more accurately reflect good stats. Take a look back a few pages and you should be able to find it.

Hey, I've started playing again, and I just found out about the glory of all the weak high level players so I've gained almost 20 levels today.
Just wondering if I could get back into the gang now that I'm actively playing again. And I already have a Carribbean Chain and $1billion in the bank so its not like I need money

I would suggest to continue working on your stats. Once you have strength and speed higher than 100,000 you should be able to attack hitmetipme30 and hitpay20, which are two high level bunnies. They'll get you up there in levels real quick. Until then, just keep training and trying to get up there.
Work on doing crimes to help you level until your stats are high enough to beat either of those two guys.
Make sure you're also upgrading your housing every once in a while. The larger your house the easier it is for you to train.

question about mugging...is there any formula that determines how much you will mug an individual? or at least some basic guideline?I tried to do something piratey and I bought 10 points for 1mill each, so he then had 10million on him but I mugged him 6 times and I only recovered about 300,000. so I only got those points for 700,000 which is frustrating.
Should I only try that when I get to be a higher level so I can mug a lot more at once or only do it to really low level players or what?
Should I only try that when I get to be a higher level so I can mug a lot more at once or only do it to really low level players or what?

I think it's something around 6% per mug. I saw the number once but I can't remember exactly what it was.

wow.. they just stole ruletheseas and changed SOME stuff to make it sound more like a ninja than a pirate.
All of these games are based around one "engine" and you modify it to your needs.
Secondly is there other banks? The Coastline bank is saying once I hit a certain amount I will be capped on interest or some such.
