Rise of the Tomb Raider DX11 vs. DX12 Review @ [H]

I haven't heard anything about Vulkan and Rise of the Tomb Raider. Do you have a source?
from what I read Vulcan patch is not likely to happen, but it would be better if they did that instead of dx12 cause performance drops quiet a bit with dx12

The problem isn't DX12, it's their code. They can just as easily fumble when writing a Vulkan build
