It looks like the forums got rolled back a bit. I guess I will re-post my new setup. So far I'm liking the new desk.

canon do I see a pair of hd650's?

Yes you do and there is a Corda HeadFive headphone amplifier with a Fubar USB DAC on top of that on the bookshelf beside the desk (with the computer on top). Lovin' it!

seem like my post got lost in the rollback, here it is again. Sorry bout the quality, Blackberry camera isn't the best and my gf still has the good one, I'm gonna kill her :D

All Ready for uni :D

First picture of my new (well not really new anymore) system... :D Playing with Photomerge in Photoshop CS4.

Nice setup JTsang, though not sure what to think about about Jessica Alba on your screen on the roll of toliet paper to the right of your keyboard....:rolleyes:

Never seen an apple store, so I wouldn't really know to compare it :-(. Plus its an old MacBook now :-(. But I shall assume it was a compliemnt. ha

How you have nothing on your desk and just a mac... That's pretty much a mac store demo.

At all.

Lol, it's just a university fad let the boy live.

Behead him once he graduates, by then COD5 will be out for teh macx.

Crap. I should've known better than to have left it there... I saw so many other people in this thread that did the same thing too. :p But really, it's for my allergies...

...looks like quite a reach to your keyboard :)

What if he likes his keyboard far away and he has Mr. Fantastic arms? What then?
I guess that's where he'd use it then, lol.

Haha, the MacBook is not for gaming at all, the PS3 in the lounge room is for that, to which has COD5 available on it, havn't purchased it tho. I have had the MacBook since Midway through Year 11 where I sold up my G5 iMac and used my work saving to buy the MacBook. The MacBook was bought on practicality (it has an awesome battery life, descent specced, good warranty support, and it can run windows when needed (visual studio for my software design course)). At the time for around the price nothing else could offer the same warranty support or battery life. Not Sure what is available these days. Looking to tidy up the rest of this room before my next [H]ardware Purchase.

I was referring to how the stores have macbooks sitting on otherwise sparse tables, but yea, it's a nice clean setup.
