I posted this over in the "Show Your LCD(s) setup!!!" forum but realized this is more of a work station thing (and honestly didn't notice this thread before). If you are seeing this for the second time I offer my apology.

I've been a lurker here for a long long time... been tweaking my setup for months... It went from:

then I went insane and got a top of the line liquid cooled Digital Storm beast with a 40" Samsung LCD-LED, IKEA Galant black desk and 1 amBX system....and it looked like this...

THEN... woot.com was nice enough to put the amBX kits on MASSIVE discount and..... I present to you... too damn much stuff on a desk...

I tried to take some photo's of the stereo and speakers sitting straight on the left (the tigers are sitting on top), but the batteries in the camera died. Which explains why the flash didn't go off like it should've. Image quality isn't what it should be either. I didn't tidy up, no point in pretending to be something I'm not.

Big screen is a 26", small is a 15" that I use for WinAmp and web pages while in WoW.

Wallpaper is a closeup of my strat's bridge.
 
Here's my setup again. My second monitor died on me, and it's so hard working with just one now :( Also, got a new TV and planning a HTPC build soon XD.



 
Finally got the workspace how I like it. Wireless kb/m set coming soon, but I thought I'd post right now because I can't contain the joy :p

I thought floorstanding speakers sat on a desk looked weird, but wallmounting them looks ridiculous! Surely they can't sound very good up there either?
 
I can't help but think it's only a matter of time before those beasts come crashing to the floor.
 
Yes, they sound like shit just because they're floorstanding speakers but aren't on the floor.

The range is a bit different than before, but I also have front L+R satellite speakers on the desk. When I'm sitting at the desk, the range is good, and when I'm laying on my bed, the range is good as well due to the spaced floorstanding-wall-hanging-amazing-hybrid speakers.
 
I like that the fiancee's mirror is in the center of the desk, but the laptop is pushed off to the side. Also, those speakers make it look like you're at a night club or something, but i guess to each their own.

Hahaha Mine too! I wish I still had that thing.... Mine had the the whopping 50MHz 486sx2 the version w/o the math coprocessor

Those are large prints of shots I've taken and an edit of my fiancee, not posters - and we both hate Twilight :p

Now why don't you guys go ahead and quit nit picking at the way I have my stuff set up and post your own shit now? (I understand that your posts HAVE been shit as of the last few - but by "shit" I mean "setups") :rolleyes:

THANK YOU BOTH! Those were my thoughts exactly. I was pretty surprised at the way some of them were bitching - I almost never see that here.

I picked it up from where it was before I put it behind the monitor, and then I placed it behind the monitor. Bam...from that point on, it's been behind the monitor.

They never will either until Corsair re-brands one that everyone else posts in their pics.

two z-2300's???? is 1 connected to the ps3 then 1 into your comp
becuase running them at the same time on the same cosole would be overkill!!!!

Yes they are individual . one for PS3 and one for computer. I used to have the PS3 in a separate room is all . Speakers had to go somewhere.
