my next case will be a mountain mods, seem so easy to wc, how was the wc build in that case? Any pics of the build? Also hows the noise level?

is there a reason you don't just use a 4 or 5 in 3 adapter in the main case?

I have the same desk! I have also come to realize the wonderful cooling inside of that area ;) I think if I was to mod it, I would have put the fans on the back wall though. Leaving the door open an inch as worked good enough for me, though.
 
Here's my desk before I the semester started:

My P180B took up way too much room on top of the desk so it got to go into the living room.:D

I put in the front for more cool air to get in. but that just me

I think it'll be pretty cramped for my case.

The more important reason is that this DAS is actually a backup for my 2 PCs. (a 2nd one is in the making) and the multilane interface is great for it.
 
alot of you really need to take the time to remove the candy wrappers, dinner plates, and overall just excess crap from your desks..... it's kinda stupid that you don't take a moment of two seconds to take the damn plethora of granola bars off the desk. :rolleyes:
 
I'll be going to ikea tomorrow, I hope I'll be able to finally clear up my messy room. Gonna look for a bed frame, and most likely a desk(or a couple tables, I want an L)
 
Here is a shot today. I have got to get a new desk, I am just slightly cramped. I plan on really working on getting the wiring cleaned up after I get a new desk, or that is the game plan anyway.

Check out the Galant. I just finished putting mine together and am doing some wire management on it. Get the cable tray for the bottom of the desk.

im using the ati tv wonder 650, ive had it for awhile now and i really like it. i used to have a 9800 all-in-wonder and there is a huge difference between the two. i would of preferred the pci-e version but i couldnt find any places that sell them
 
so who else comes in this thread at least three times a day ? any one or is it just me?
 
Yep, over all it is just generally fun to come and see what others have and what you can do to improve your workstation

At least 5 times a day for me. This place is great for the latest PC news, pics, etc. Of course, I've spent a helluva lot more money on computer, audio and workstation equipment than I would have if I never visited Hardforum. I wish I had a "before" photo of my PC station to compare with what I have now. ;)
 
Frito can you make a picture of the configurationscreen whit the 3 tft's. I want to 3 monitors but nvidia have saying that the software dont support more than 2 multiscreens.
