What is your GPU score? That is really the relevant number to be concerned with using Vantage given the wild variables introduced by PhysX.

If normal games run fine it is probably something wrong with the vantage install.

I assume you have your card overclocked? You should post a screen-shot of your vantage score so we can see the individual test results.
 
Got my new 5750 and crossfireX running last night and ran some benches. With the single 5750 I scored 8725 on the performance preset (7559 GPU score). When I added in the second card and got crossfireX running I scored 14684 on the performance preset (14256 GPU score). Can complain about that at all with an approximately 88% increase in GPU score!

i7 920 with dummy overclock (3.2Ghz), 12GB Corsair Dominator on XMP1 profile (1600Mhz). EVGA x58 LE motherboard. 2x EVGA GTX285s (stock clocks)....

CPU: 47313

With stock CPU speed of 2.65Mhz and no XMP profile on the memory here was the score:

SCORE: 21929
GPU: 19050

P14154 for me. That's using Sapphire HD5770's in crossfire overclocked with ATI Overdrive. I feel like I should be higher.

Actually, I found that NVIDIA cheated in order to attain the artificially high CPU scores with the PPU enabled. Disabling the PPU in the 3DMark Vantage settings got the CPU score more in line with where it should have been.

Alright OC'd my 5970 a little more. Previously was 955 now it's running @ 985. Still testing with it though. Lower temps because of my new radiator allowed a higher clock it seems...

Here is my best single card score so far.

My best crossfire X score. Note I wasn't able to overclock them to the speeds I wanted to. Second air cooled card might of been over heating...not sure what the issue was. Here it is none the less.

The CPU score must be PhysX related, because my scores are barely over 1/3 of those numbers...

Well I figured but what has me confused is I had crossfire x 5970s overclocked to 900/1280 and only scored 39k in the gpu score. Lol

Quite possibly. 4 GPU's is a lot of pixel pushing power. Definitely need a 980X to take full advantage of them I guess.
