Open task manager and see what is utilizing it all? Are you on Windows? What version?

What does task manager say is using the memory? System idle process, explorer.exe, SVCHost? Something has to be claiming the memory.

There is scvHost(0.4mb), alot service host(but they are like 6mb) , there is qtweb that i have no idea what is it, avast, adobe flash player and more, i didnt see explorer.exe, the only thing that claim the most is firefox right now

You probably want to start looking at the largest allocations first. Sort by memory usage.

Dont worry unless you get an out of memory error ?
but the pc got slow when it's using this much ram(usually), and it doesnt show memory error when it's taken like 99%(8gb ram not 16)

Are you sure your PC is even reading all that RAM you have installed? Right click the start menu and click system, does it say installed RAM: 16GB?

I'd say you got owned, and someone else is making use of all that lovely ram. reinstall Windows 10 from scratch, and try to stay away from torrent sites in the future.

Any time Windows is using as much ram THAT, but can't credit it to a single process, that's when you know you've got malware. Often it's a kernel-level exploit, which means there's no removing it with a virus scanner.

Nuke it from orbit, just to be sure.

Doesn't matter, you can get drive-by downloaded on anywhere. Hackers seize mainstream sites all the time and insert malicious ads. Sometimes it takes days for them to be taken down :(

Glad to hear it's working now. Luckily Windows 10 installs VERY fast on USB stick to SSD.

its generally not adviced when you are standing in a situation that you dont understand to deny listening to suggestion on how to obtain more info about the situation. aka don ask for help and then refuse to follow advice.

Where do you see the memory usage?
