Consoles come out with a big bang and some new fancy tech, then after a year of being out high end PC's have screamed past them in terms of technology, buy the time the consoles are into their 2nd year and the average high end PC is 2x more powerful they've become obsolete and remain as such for at least another 2 years meanwhile the PC is still evolving.
Lets see people talk about PC gaming being dead when Crysis hits, see what the console !!!!!!s have to say when all of their "high end" games are made to look like pacman.
This is a cycle, it will happen again in 3-4 years when the next consoles are nearing final production stages.
