The CATALYST Software Suite 5.2 introduces 3D setting options to the CATALYST CONTROL CENTER system tray. The shortcut allows the user to easily adjust their 3D settings without having to load the CATALYST CONTROL CENTER.

Here is a partial list of things fixed with this release:
Selecting the option; Enable Video Mode, results in the CATALYST CONTROL CENTER not being able to return to the default setting for the Enable Video Mode option.

MrPrez said:So it turns out that when i reverted back to the 5.1s from the 5.2s, i got 108fps in the stress test. Thats with the 5.1s, with the 5.2s, i got like 60 something, 40+fps increase. Wow, ATI, you fucked this one up big time. Another weird thing, when i open up HL2, it says i have DirectX 9.0 Hardware, however, in CS:Source, it says I have 8.1, anyone have this problem? Possible cause or solution? Thanks.
