Nvidia announcement livestream 5/6/2016 @6PM PST

I could see buying at LEAST a 1070 when this comes out...maybe a 1080 to replace my 970 SLI. That pricing is pretty amazing assuming it performs like they say.

EDIT: I came in a bit late...was there any talk about async compute?

Where can I pre order!?!?!?1/1?!11!?!??1?!?!?!11!!!1?

(Yeah their marketing is working on me, and my 680 SLI is needing a dire upgrade, 1080 SLI!!!!)

Did anyone find exactly what the "founders edition" includes? A specially binned GPU for overclocking, better cooling, what?

And they repeat the same thing as the 970 and 980. Ridiculous overpriced flagship card and reasonable priced card that's probably 10fps less. For 200$ less... 1070 is the best option here.

what was it...$599. for 1080 and $699. for the Founders Edition 1080......and 1070 was $379 and $479. for Founders Edition....I think I got those right. With the Founders Edition being more oc'able...

Since I just got a new 980Ti system in January I might have to wait for a bit. Are there plans for a Pascal based Titan Hydro later this year or early next? I could definitely go for that.

$380 for 1070. Damn.

Too much for me. So that is how much it will cost for 1080 gaming these days? We'll never get to 1440 without needing the high end cards at this pace. I suppose any 1060 will be crap and hardly faster than my GTX 970. Will have to wait and see if AMD has a proper replacement for my card.
