1. I would purchase a motherboard, RAM, GPU, and PSU to build my son his first computer for Christmas. He's 5 years old, just started kindergarten, and has been really excited about having his own machine. I was planning on just having him help me put together an old Pentium III system but he would really enjoy something newer so he can play some cool games.

2. Phenom

1. Will buy a new MB+RAM+Video card (8800gt)+PSU+CASE+ everything. I might be getting a job soon, so might have to move out. An I dont want to take my XP1900 desktop with me :'(.

2. Phenom

1. I'd use it for my computer security Master's thesis and then for folding at home of course!
2. Phenom

1. I would use it's power to rid the city of Stormreach from all things evil, over and over and over again. yes I would make that sacrifice.

2. Phenom

1. I can finally build another AMD based PC around this CPU:D

2. Phenom!

1. I would finally be able to produce a respectable PPD.... the machines I can currently fold on are, well......we'll keep it nice here.....old and slow....

2. Phenom.

Build my fiance a new box so that we could both have a excellent gaming rig :)

Phenom

1. The rig in my sig died, so I'd build a new water-cooled beast around it, and give the 3100+ semporn rig I'm using to my brother.
2. phenom

1.) I would probably jump for joy seeing as I've never won anything in my life! Now when I mean jump for joy, I'm not talking about winning the lottery jump for joy, but not too far off!!!
Then I would start the probably long process of saving for the rest of the parts needed to get a working computer.

2.) Phenom

1.)I would finally build a new system, use my current system to fold for the [H]!
2.)Phenom

1: Update my current system, so I could pass my X2 4400+ rig to my roommate (she's still on an Athlon XP 2400+) so she has a decent system for school :D

2: Phenom!

1. I would get up and dance the gig, while singing top of my lungs "who let the dogs out"
hope over to new egg to start looking for the rest of my parts for my new gaming rig.Followed by a big email thanking them.

2. Phenom.

Finally upgrade out of the 939 socket and teach my roommate how to build a system

Phenom

1) Build a new Shuttle HTPC/gaming box as my current shuttle doesn't support HD-DVD. Give the old Shuttle to my cousin since he has it more often than I do.
2) Phenom seems to be the majority, but anything would be better than Yorkfield :D

1. Scoff at my lowly 3500+, sell and it donate the $30 to charity :p Re-build for Crysis.
2. Phenom

1. UI'd see if i could hit my 6400+'s stock speed with it and if it was cooler. then i'd either sell it to my friend with a 939 or use it.
2. phenom

1. I would use it to build a family member a new machine since they are operating a business on a machine that is running in 1991 technology. Were talking old here folks
anyone remember ISA slots yea that old...

2. Phenom

KM

1. Drop it in my current rig to increase work and gaming power, and then push my 3800X2 to a file server with a new mobo and case from newegg.
2. Phenom

1. I would build an almighty super computer and prepare for world domination.

2. Phenom.

1. Build a server with the 5000+ and oc the hell out of it!
2. Phenom

Suprisingly, no one has offered to name their first born son after Kyle or NewEgg if picked to be the recipient of the new X2 5000+

1. Build a system to play with, and actually experiment with overclocking. :D

2. Phenom!

1. As a loyal AMD user - 4 rigs going all the time ;) and more planned - I'd welcome the
opportunity to put AMD's lastest offering through its paces. I've never been
disappointed and always quite surprised. AMD is still #1 with me.

2. Phenom

1) go to mars, climb mount everest, bring world peace, win all the nobel prizes, and finish with a trip to the grocery store, all thanks to my new 5000+ Black Edition.

2) Phenom!

1. First, I would run around my apartment screaming "Holy Shit I Won Something!" Then after recieving said prize, I would open it, put it on an altar, and burn incense around it, trying to whip up some mojo for money to afford to upgrade the rest of my computer to put it into. The gods will tremble at my almighty begging! Failing that, I would find some chick named Bonnie and change my name to Clyde and knock over a few banks! (well okay, maybe not.. but that doesn't sound as boring as saving up the cash :D)

2. Phenom. I hope. Or I think we all lose. :p

3.. Oh wait there is no 3. Whoops.

1) Use it in a back-up rig in case my E6420 goes down ;-)

2) Phenom..obviously.

I love AMD, but my E6420 has been amazing. OC'd from 2.13 to 3.2Ghz, and only stopped because I hit my goal: 1:1 divider on G.Skill PC2-6400 1GHBZ (4-4-4-12), with under 1.425 vCore:

39C on load...using an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

1. I'd finally have an excuse to retire my existing 3800+A64 @ 2.6 GHz setup to crunching (exclusively) and check out this newfangled DDR2 stuff.

2. Phenom.
