Neverwinter MMO, 100% FREE! :)

Toe needs to get his ass on Dragon. That way we'd have enough to start up a guild. I've got about 6 people with me atm on Dragon.
 
Think ill be downloading this tonight. I need something to play when I get frustrated by the trolls that play league of legends. Ha ill jump on the server probably tonight
 
Get the guild stuff started then and I will later tonight after work. I'm guessing the FAQ and stuff is wrong on the site then? That states they are doing a wipe before the headstart starts. I dunno, haven't really been following it.

me and my wife are on Dragon we'll join however we havent had any time to play lately lol... so we are both level 1 on our mains :) ive been playing eve and she doesnt feel like playing lately, but if we do start playing more or when i start playing more by myself ill join.

You guys having any fun in this yet? The beta killed me, had no interest after 2 weekends. It's hard not to be tempted to DL the client now though since it is F2P after all.....decisions, decisions.

I'm also curious if this is fun or just another wow clone. What's the consensus?
 
Its a great game and this is coming from playing years of wow. There are some small issues but I suggest trying it out. You really have nothing to lose.
 
It's a very fun game, and the combat is very "Tera" like if anyone has played that. It's very hands on, and dodging is just an overall great mechanic. If you're a fan of that, and the DND system with a great skill point system in place, you'll like this.
 
Whoa, you can dodge in this game?!

I only got to level 7 on the tank class on the server Mindflayer. I will either roll the same or a caster of sorts this time on Dragon.
 
I'll try and log on after work. I am downloading the client right now. I don't get off until 5pm PST so I may be a few minutes late. What server are all of you guys on?
 
Damn didn't see this was a D&D title.

Finally got a chance to look at some gameplay---it looked very similar to D&D Online. Has anyone played that? How does it compare?

The main thing i don't like about D&D is that there are no skills like Backstab, Aimed Shot, etc. Instead there seems to be like, "fighting stance" and "Defensive stance" which you just turn on and go auto attack.

Does this game have real moves?
 
I cannot even register. It says every account name I try is in use?? I've even done a bunch of random numbers just to test it.:confused:
 
Forgot to mention im @misterclean16 on dragon. Im on graveyards for the next few nights, though so I probably wont be around.
 
Downloaded and played, but confused, is this beta or launch? Unless I understand wrong, it appears people are already buying in game rewards etc with zen.

So far I like the game, definitely different.
 
It's launched, but still classified as "open beta."

However there are going to be no more wipes or anything, so for all intents and purposes it's launch really.

They are still tweaking/adding things though, such as more paragon paths (you can only choose 1 atm) and more races/classes, and a new pvp area (20 vs 20).
