thats why you needed to use dynamips on linux w/ dynagenYes, but when I bought the pod GNS3 was a little less stable than it is now and I could never get more than 2 routers to stay stable for longer than like 10mins

What the crap is all that mess?? :D
What ancient fiber...lolOh noes. I'd hate to have a mod lock a thread.
Then we'd have to go and make another one.

Where are the 7K pics?!?

Yay, I can see the pictures today. Weird, wouldn't even show the image URLs yesterday.
You suck.. thats why they don't show up
I dig how the Shoretel gear is now two units in one U. What models are those?

Is that a meeting room in a vault? Nice door there...
Do you find the Dell switches are better for performance when it comes to Shoretel?
How is the quality of the ShoreTel end-points? I might be a little biased, but I've found that most end-points outside of Cisco IP Phones feel very cheap and dinky. I've used some Avaya IP phones and they were disgusting. The handset feels like a piece of plastic crap and the buttons feel like garbage.
I really want to get some 7k's to replace our classic 6500, but it looks like we will only be getting a 6500E chassis so we can re-use our existing gig line cards.
The entire data center is going to live on the 5ks and fiber aggregation from the rest of the campus will go through the 6500. Our Cisco rep just told us that pretty soon they are going to drop full layer 3 Nexus 5k, but it sounds like new hardware, though I will hope for a software upgrade.
Dont hold your breath on that one. Same thing with the 7k supporting FCIP, they dont want to kill any product lines(MDS specifically). Dumping L3 on the 5k was a good move. I like the fact that I have both the 5k and the 7k doing completely different functions(standard FC duties for the 5k, 7k is all L3. Weird? Akami's been sucking is the norm as of late!Could have been some sort of delay with Akami, weird.

More Supermicro chassis and networking gear will be here next week, so I get to post even more pics. Going to have even more hot swap bays.
Nah, it's Supermicro. I pulled it out of one of the boxes on the left. This is it: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813182211the board that is still in it's static bag, looks like a intel server board ?

Also have another Microsoft ISA server box on the way to put at a friend's place for VPN.
Another Celestix box? I put a little effort into getting this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300462753064 but ended up losing.
