Sure, sometimes you have to slam something together and just get it working --but this should not remain the case forever. Professional networks are neat and easy to troubleshoot, maintain, revise, and upgrade. Personally, I am guessing that your situation is one where it's working now so why bother with the expense of re-doing it to a proper condition. Ultimately, it's up to you, but it hardly looks professional.
