That particular Alyx model is in version 7 of the cinematic mod. (don't know about other versions but its not in 9 or 9.5)

It's a good mod (I'm sure i'll like it better when I finaly get round to installing a 64 bit os) but the models seem to change dramaticaly with each version, not just higher definition, they look like completely different people and its not always an improvement.
