Really doesn't. If that vendor is legit which from RR doesn't look to bad then hell looks interesting.

If I had att or tmobile I would give it a try. On sprint though(even work phone is ntelos so no luck there)
 
Not sure about the iFone, looks interesting but the seller is legit. I bought from them several times and so did my friends.
 
Well you now as we can get Real iPhone for $299 4GB. I think i will wait for the real one to come down in Price. My contract will be over with verizon in december, i hope by then i can get iphone with Verizon.
 
Meh...never had an itch for the real iPhone, so I can't see myself buying a cheap Chinese clone that will last a month tops.
 
What is scary to me is that they replicate the iphone, add in more features, and add in a removable battery... all for less than half the price, lol.

This would be interesting to see, you guys should report back on how the phone is working out for you.
 
I bought some stuff from deal extreme the other day and it is shipping from Hong Kong. Shipping is like 3 weeks, but the crap on there is cheaper than hell...

No problem for me, unlimited data plan. I might bit after someone else here tries it with wome pictures, not that I don't trust youtube.com :)-/).

**EDIT** Dude, they carry signal blocker bags...those things are great for work if you don't want your boss to track you with GPS in your phone.

any carrier that uses a sim card (GSM) like cingular, at&t, t-mobile, rogers, orange etc.

lol @ the comments. People are saying how it is a knockoff made in China and they would never buy a Chinese made phone like that, but yet they love their iPhone. I wonder if they know their iPhone is probably made in a sweatshop right next door to the knockoff. The iPhone is made in Chinese sweatshops by teenage girls getting paid less than $600/year, and around half of that is taken for rent/utilities to live and work at the factory. A bit hypocritical.
 
The font it uses is doesn't fit in with a piece of tech gadgetry.

Figured I'd update this topic. I received my phone about a week after I ordered it. It's pretty much what you see in the youtube vids.

I put my t-mobile sim card in it and it booted up and started working immediately. The interface for most things is basic, no frills. It can play mp3's, but I had to replace spaces in the track names with underscores so that they displayed correctly in the player. The video player only plays 3g/mp4 files at 176x144 pixels, which looks good(as long as you don't use too low of a bitrate) at the standard display. However, if you flip to fullscreen mode it looks pixelated and also runs slower. The bluetooth recognition and profile switching is good. However, noise is introduced if the phone gets more than a few feet from my earpiece. One weird thing is that the usb/headphone/charger connections are all through same connector. This means the only headphones that work are nokia style connectors.

Overall, it's pretty much what I thought it would be and does what I expected for the price.

Ooh, an actual review of one of these things... I am interested in games. Have you played many of those on it? Do any for other phones work on it? I mean how else do I pass the time the night after eating nothing but taco bell all day?

it is very dangerous... as in... with all the free shipping on items that cost under $1 to begin with, I found myself blowing over $50 a few months ago on everything from a magnetizer, to usb exteders to specialized technical precision tweasers and a hunting knife and staple-less stapler (which is great) and a color changing desk clock and a set of hexagonal key-ring-style wrenches. Everything came from Hon Kong, the only bad part is that it took over 2 weeks.. but seriously, free shipping on a $1 item and coming from Hon Kong, I'm not gonna b1tch.

This was 2 months ago, 3 months ago I spent another $50 on an incredible LCD flashlight, rechargeable batteries and charger.

The best part is that they take PayPal and you give them NO other information, just make sure your e-mail matches.

Need wires or cables? wont find them cheaper than here...

Amazingly priced site, VERY good customer service (unbelievable for an overseas company) they kept in touch with me via e-mail when one of my rechargeable battery purchases was not able to ship at the same time as the rest of my package. They bothered to give me a heads up even though it was in BAD English. They update the descriptions of their items from all the details on the packages and ALL user feedback, which they allow forum style and allow for ranking. You can also use their on-site system for customer support, it works like e-mail but the chat looks like a private forum chat with one of their representatives... its not live Newegg chat but they really work their butts off, I got 3 responses in 1 day while forum-style chatting with a representative.

Last but not least, on their site you will see some things which are illegal to own and/or use in some countries. They sell cell phone signal blockers, butterfly (gravity) knives, and brass knuckles which they advertise as "rib breakers"... all of which are illegal to import into the US, but people have mentioned getting them anyways... just a friendly warning for the tempted. These things are not illegal in Hon Kong.
