That list you gave out DeerSteak... that is a gooood list. I've played most of those and they are absolutely amazing.
 
Looking at the selection on both consoles, the ps3 simply compliments my gaming PC better.

Most stuff that is exclusive to Xbox also shows up on PC in better form.. The only 2 games I can think of that aren't on PC yet are Halo 3 and GoW 2.

I fully agree. Although I'm such a PC gamer fanboy that I have not bought a console in years. :p

In fact my interest in a slim is for a Blu-ray player. I want to play console games, but I have plenty of PC games to keep me busy.

Well, I meant no compatibility in regards to last gen games. The PS3's PS1 BC is worthless when you consider that an old AthlonXP-based PC can do a better job using emulation.


Back on topic. I think that the PS3 will see a nice boost from the price decrease but will be in 3rd place until the next the consoles are released at which point it may overtake the 360.
